You can seperate the pauldron by using NifSkope. Just delete all other body/armor parts and assign the pauldron to a new slot. Maybe im searching at the wrong website, not sure but please help. I will try to help you out, if something is wrong, someone else will let us know it: The body is cbbe, for sure, the skin can be Fair Skin Complexion. Be aware this screenshots are using an ENB, and some of them are just for that (to make shots look good), not for playing, since they are very perfomance demanding. Racemenu for the mood options, eyes can be Skyrim Eyes: Set 2. 18 More Colours! by Puremorphin or Eyes of aber. The jewellry doesnt look familiar for me, but i dont use it, so maybe someone can help you out better.

Like "Equipment" and "Inventory" and "talk" -- it also let me give group commands instead of just individual commands, which I could do if I wanted. Also I don't know if it was this same mod but I had a spell that let me summon all my followers to me at once. I can't find it! Pls halp me mod detectives!

There are plenty of links , just google it. It's not part of the original mod. Actually, taking a good look at it, they're shorts. The cloth that covers the rest of the legs is part of the boots. The question still applies though... Has anyone seen the plate shorts anywhere?
