That's Crimson Twilight. There are a few different colours of it on the download page though I'm not sure if the one from that picture is included. It may be in a separate file somewhere.

Pretty much all of the female followers + some extras were replaced. Really striking, slightly more realistic. I forget the name of the person who uploaded it. Ghod or Ghot or Grod or something. Haven't seen it since and it's been driving me nuts. Sorry for the unhelpful description.

You are outside with overcast weather. The previous screen shot was inside a cavern.
