Hat looks like one of the Thalmor hats from Mad Masker. Belt is from something by itself. Scarf too. Looks like they were clever with Jaxons for the jewelry on the arm. Any more information on that chest piece? Looks amazing.

Is anybody knows what is that music replacer?I really need this in my game. I contacted him on FB but I haven't got any answer I guess he is getting a lot of mails anyway. I could probably make a similar shaped character with base UNP @ 0 weight. I'm not seeing what you are to really differentiate it from the flatter UNP families. I mean, its also probably Fairskin texture with Adorable face. ENB helps as well.
