I thought there is the way how to not kill anyone including Irkalla. But I suppose there is no way except kill her and put on her chains. Because I havent found any other restraints

Spoiler

There is a way to not kill anyone.

There's a staff in the room that you can use on Boethian before he's revealed to be Molag

In the second trail, whenever I try to active the Brazil,my game will be very slow so that I can't check my bag and take off my Device. Is this a bug?

That shouldn't be happening.  It probably means you've got too many mods installed that are script heavy, or you've got some mods installed that boost video or image quality and it's too much for your system.

I wish people would quit repeated this "script heavy" mod idea as a problem.  All mods that do anything at all are going to have lots of scripts.

The problem is when too many mods are running "heartbeat" types of scripts.  There aren't that many mods that run scripts continuously.

I played through this entire quest with a number of what people might consider "script heavy" mods.  I had to turn of DCL only because some of events were triggering and messing with events in this mod -- and only for part 2 of this mod.

When my game runs slowly it is usually due to texture mods.  There are some texture mods that drop my frame rate down from a constant 120 fps to single digits.  Occlusion planes can also create the game to drag.

My first suggestion would be to quit the game completely and then load your last save and see if you get the same problem.

I did get something strange with the mod though.

Exactly 8 game days after completing Part 2, I received an invitation and a bottle of wine from the Courier to start Part 1 again and the quest was added to the Journal.

I have finished a Snare to Loosen, and I must say that was excellent, especially for a LL quest mod which sadly tend to have either poor level design, writing, or both. This one had neither, the dialogue wasn't overbearingly cringy and it was free of error, as well as the level design proving excellent, visually detailed, and clever.

Spoiler

I did manage to sequence break a little bit by being an Argonian, so I ended up talking to Vile early (Before having the ball gag off, which the dialogue didn't account for), and also managed to take off multiple devices in room 2 before the mittens by dragging keys around. Sharpening the knife however ended up being a roadblock and I didn't cause any softlocks so no harm was done. The only puzzle I didn't like was the harness, as doing the same step 4 times in a row was somewhat dull in comparison to the others.

I look forward to the second quest!

Which I have started, although barely. Having been told the seeming truth of her intent, my captor tempted me to try anything to free myself... I proceeded to pickpocket all of her belongings, and then Fus Ro Dah'd her to death. Then I got softlocked because what I assume was her failsafe locked me in place, and since she was dead on the floor... Rip. Time to reload a save.

Hi, I'm stuck on getting the blade from the room with the Black Book.
I've opened the door with the key from the bedroom, but I can't seem to find a way to remove the bars in the way.
Also: I found the "Submerged Cave" where there is an apparent puzzle where I have to light up 6 pedestals with spells. I've done so, but all that happens is that the lights go out.
Have I done something wrong or is this a bug?

Thanks!

Do you already have a guide for completing the second part? I could only get through the first cell and that's it. The GG is in the limiters, I do not know how to remove them and I do not know how to make a potion.

Those bars don't open or get removed, but there is another way to get the sword... you should have obtained it in an earlier quest.

Search the area you are in, you'll find four notes that provide clues. Look EVERYWHERE, some of them are well hidden. Doesn't hurt to gather all the potions & alchemy mats while you search, although you won't need most of them.

As  for moving beyond that area... the gargoyles and your collar work together. You can't do much about the collar (other than the right potion) but maybe you can affect the gargoyles?

Papyrus.0.log

I know my install is a mess and there can be thousands of reasons why the game CTDs but I thought I would take the opportunity to see if someone can help me figure out how to read the papyrus log for any future issues.

(btw I CTD right after Irkalla finishes playing with herself and goes to the chest after tieing me up in her room)

Spoiler

Hi, I think I've encountered a bug early in the "Trial of the Toy" quest:
I get the quest objective to put the clothes on the table, but only the gloves "lock", the shoes and the outfit does not.
Further Irkalla seems to just go to her bedroom where she starts eating. I assume this is not intended behaviour.

Any thoughts on how to solve this? Thanks.

I have yet to finish Gordian Bind, however I'm noticing that none of the head items are correctly using the Argonian BRRF versions. I do have the patch installed yet only the human versions were equipped at the quest's beginning. This was not an issue with Snare to Loosen hence why I assume it's a bug.

Secondly, when first commanded to STOP in the quest, sometimes the player ends up walking towards and following Jurgen and not Irkalla, which causes a soft lock.

In regards to that mechanic,

Spoiler

I personally think the moment when the player's control is briefly taken away when the last door opens and you first meet Irkalla in Snare to Loosen should be removed. It felt clumsy in the moment, but later on in GB when the command collar activates it felt less impactful because I'd already experienced control being taken away by the mod, robbing the surprise and feeling of urgency caused by the reveal. It's a nitpick, but since everything else in this mod feels great for the most part I figured I'd mention it.

How do I get through the maze? They write that the buttons do not react in any way

I'm not aware of any buttons; but the maze is pretty much just a maze. You have to keep searching around until you get to a shrine

I reach the doors with a magic ball and I can't open them
EDIT:Lurkers opened the doors (probably a bug), but I can't open them myself
