I also used to use the shit out of Daz3d, love that stuff. I think the last daz body I worked with like Gen 4 or 5 Victoria. I just asked about the skeleton because the ER skeleton at least in blender looks like dog shit lol. It has really only bone twists, and not so much actual bone nodes. But that was put together an exported by the ER modding community. I should probably look to just exporting it myself. 3

I dont think that ER skeleton is usefull for rigging complicated armor meshes but for rigging body its deffinitly good enought. Edited April 15, 2022 by TRX_Trixter 1
howlerleech Posted April 16, 2022 Posted April 16, 2022 (edited) I have no idea about those stuffs, but as someone who played since demon souls on ps3 i don't think the characters themselves had any meaningful upgrades since DS1. The hair and clothes physics are certainly impressive, but the characters themselves are as stiff and clunky as ever, not to mention the lack of the more acrobatic animations like DS3's Farron Greatsword's. Â I'm still certain the fact it took so long to release was the massive technology breakthrough they had by making a more reliable jump mechanic. Edited April 16, 2022 by howlerleech

Silvist Posted April 16, 2022 Posted April 16, 2022 We figured out something interesting, sliders still effect the body  ELDEN RING™ 2022-04-16 03-15-07.mp4  So for some reason @G-RED and me had different results when we tested in game. Then I finally realized...shit I used the premade character for testing. Sure enough our sliders were different. Its almost like unintentional _0 and _1 of skyrim lol.  ELDEN RING™ 2022-04-16 03-17-23.mp4 10

Silvist Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 @TRX_Trixter - Looks great man. I've still had no luck on getting skintone applied to any model. Worse comes to worse people can just write down RGB colors, and colorize the base diffused texture to match their skintone. I have a suspicion that the file regulation.bin might have a flag for skintone. @G-REDFound one for enabling different hairstyles inside a helm for example. Also side note, the video shows up as age restricted on LL...which is pretty funny.  1

I set this option out of respect for the rules  Next stage for me - editing armor. Already try it but for now i have big issues with materials settings when importing armor model back to flver. 4
Silvist Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 (edited) @TRX_Trixter - Haha totally understand. I normally do that+ i make my videos unlisted lol. For material settings, you can try to export the materials as a json from existing elden ring armors inside flver. Then import the material json to your custom armor inside of Flver. @G-REDdid this with the body textures while we were testing, because resetting everything in flver is too tedious. bison Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 Clothes for the main character is already greater than enough. I pretend to make fashion for minor characters so that the game does not look like a nondescript.
