So many NPC-NPC sex mods, which is the best optimized for performance?

I've found a handful of mods that allow random NPC-NPC sex, but which one has the lightest Papyrus impact and would give the best performance in a heavy load order? Willing to sacrifice features for simplicity.

Arousal Based Match Maker

Scent of Sex

 

Possibly something else I haven't heard of?

Out of those - SSX has the best options, it technicly can be end all be all matchmaker.

With that said, it rebuilds animation list. Slowly. After every. single. game. load. So if you run a short list of prefered animations - go for it.

If your animation list is on the longer side- i settled for sexlife plus. Its a solid compromise of good customization allowing scenes to make sense without any noticeable performance hit.

Some sex mods I had on a previous profile would be very laggy, like they would take a very long time to start animations. I'm hoping I can minimize that by using a simpler NPC-NPC sex mod

My NPC swear on Sexlife and Sexlab Aroused Creatures.

Maybe add Pet Collar + Hydragorgons Slavegirls and PAHE + HSH slaves to the mix.

Even Paarthurnax will leave his mountain early to have some fun with unlucky HSG at High Hrothgar. ?

Isn't Sexlife Plus for LE only, or did I overlook something?

SexLife plus is an Addon you install after SexLife. it works for both versions, at least as i tested it i got the additional options.. Going to rebuild my Modlist a little and will test it soon enough for myself ?

I've tried most of the above, here's my rundown with a rating out of 10

 

Random Sex -

Really good with a simple user friendly interface. Only niggles are occasionally I'll see npcs humping air (probably my fault for going out of a cell)

npc's will sometimes screw in dungeons etc leaving your to fend for yourself, so it could do with area checking (i.e only screw in xyz location where keywords = xyz)

It has checks in place now to see if you have a weapon drawn (I had my bow drawn shooting draugr suddenly it was unequipped and follower was screwing me upside down. Steve fixed it). Other than the above and based on your criteria I would say 10/10 as it is dll based. Because of the above my real score would be 9.0/10.

 

YARM -

Really good, interface etc . It lacks futa & player support though. No location check so npcs screw anywhere. No player weapon drawn checks. I added futa, weapon, player and was about to do locations when I accidentally overwrote my version with a backup woe is me

9.5/10. Real score 8/10.

 

Sexlab Sexlife -

To be honest I had this working at one point a while ago but now with the updates it seems too overwhelming, with the recent version 6.966 or something I'll get the odd notification saying I'm about to get engaged (by a follower) but then console says my arousal is under threshold (i'm travelling with 10 followers screw one of them ffs). It has locations but you have to manually check what is allowed or not once the scanner discovers them. I've not had it firing off on normal npcs or followers. Does it have weapon or combat checks? I don't know. My papyrus is full of errors telling me devious isn't installed or not found one of them errors. 5/10. Real score 6.5/10 (points for implementing npc-npc interaction).

 

Arousal Based MatchMaker -

My male followers instead of screwing futa followers screw each other with certain options enabled, not something I want. Even though it states futa support I don't think it caters for male/futa support. At one point in a dungeon I was losing in battle suddenly "make love not war" (in a weird font that didnt go away) or something to that effect were screwing either me or followers (hmm checked mcm yep Allow Enemies unchecked). It has in place checks to see if your crafting, weapon drawn sleeping so you won't get screwed etc. Scanner is slow so don't expect to see too much action. Saw some abmm papyrus errors from time to time. 8/10 real score 7.5/10

I had this installed at one point but I removed it for some reason I cant remember.

 

Scrappies Matchmaker (SMM) or random matchmaker (RMM) by scrab -

Has gone through various iterations ...

RMM - still available, location bug messages in papy. Didn't seem to fire that much for me. Has brief location checks. 7/10 with RS=6.5/10

 

SMM v2 - This was the bomb, hardly any papyrus errors, has futa & creature support, arousal support, combat/crafting support via my tweaked version (also fixes hostile bug) in forums. Disposition support (i.e. if you want your lover or spouse to only get action with you then this has it). It has location checks along with cleared area checks where npcs can screw. Now for the downside it makes all enemies non-hostile & followers sometimes bug out (i.e. unequip their armor and ignore follower commands you have to console - enable disable them). Odd papyrus error messages. 9.9/10 RS = 9/10 (if it weren't for the bugs I would give this a 11/10.

 

SMM v1.12 - Works to a degree but a ton of error messages in papy . Caters for FG, SL & OSex but do these extra frameworks impede on papy script engine? I don't know. It has it's predecessors features but they've changed slightly like disposition now caters to all (before you had pc/follower/npc & npc/npc). No gender check support for followers in partner settings, if you tick that box expect to see males humping males or tick it if that's your thang. Has outfit checking for dd,toys etc. which may affect your pappy performance (expect to see lots lines like YamScanCacheOutfit.OnEffectStart() - "jfavcjgmbepzcoiwigsxzl" Line 14 in your logs). I'm probably guilty for suggesting some stuff but looking back on it I think simple is best (i.e. v2). With a heavy heart I'm giving this a 6.5/10 RS=7.5/10

 

With a heavy load order I would choose .....

 

1) Random Sex - Needs location checking although I guess you could add it to the playerref in rndsexevaluatorquest "subject.locationhaskeyword(LocTypePlayerHouse=1)" etc

2) SMM v2 - can work as is if you disable follower as victim or aggressor and apply my patch in forums.

3) Yarm - if you dont mind having your pc getting screwed then go with this.

 

I think one of the problems with most matchmakers is when they involve unique followers (isplayerteammate). I realise that now and regret suggesting it  The amount of times I've seen inigo do the moonwalk, lucien staying still with his arms raised in combat and Kaiden deciding he wants to stay at High Hrothgar. Or tocatta stripping and saying "I feel so ashamed"

Hello. Im using VR version of the game. In SMM mod Nothink happening at all. I check mod settings and I cant change locations, everywhere stays DISABLE. I know that so I need create a profile but I cant. In Profile tab all is empty.

Ah, I've used them all and my answer is none of them. It quickly becomes more annoying than fun, NPCs can end up behind a wall and then you have to drag them out with the console, but most importantly - to avoid many bugs you NEED to wait for their sex act to end EVERY time before moving to another cell, which requires a loading screen. All in all, more headache than fun... in my extremely "arrogant" opinion

Tons of crap mods being released daily on site, still no proper npc-npc sex mod, which explains.

did you make a patch to avoid player being dragged into an animation as aggressor?
