I can tell you this... it's very near the final destination for the vanilla quest... so if you've done that before, you've been there. And if you've not, well you'd have the same problem doing the vanilla quest, but there's online guides. 

 

I'm pretty sure Prelate Edhelbor is at the last wayshrine. If that's correct, then you are there, just cross the bridge.

 

Its fully accessible without doing any other quest first. It's across the final bridge, big fancy building. Other people are completing the quest so we know it can be found.

Something is using the slot. So far Something blocking equipping genital/clit toys has covered all reported cases. 

 

You could, just as a test, start a new game... try before doing much of anything, if you know how to cheat and get that toy.

- If it works, you know something like DD is blocking (and it's not had a chance to do so yet)

- If still does not work, it's a mod like 3BBB Addon reserving the slot

 

In the case of DD, it's got the ghost device syndrome which can happen, when the slot is occupied but the device does not show up in inventory.

Hey guys and dolls,

Really enjoying this mod so far, but I do have a bit of a little problem and wondering if you can help.

Without giving spoilers, I am at the end of

Nightley's quests, Millionce has left the cave, and Nightley has disappeared (as she normally does), and my journal says 'Leave the cave'.

Well, I can't seem to do that! I leave the alter area and go up the path to a dead end and there is no indication how to get beyond. 

Is there another exit?

• If it's your first time needing to exit, there's map a marker, go to it. (it's on the chest near where you entered)
  • No map marker? Make sure the quest is selected (active) in your journal
• Not the first time you are existing? Same method... you go to that chest

If this does not help.... Not clear to me where you are in the quest. There is no quest objective "Leave the cave". Get me the exact wording of the quest objective, or screenshot.

Has anyone encountered an issue with the dead scholar? In my game(two different characters so far) he spawns at the top of the world and doesn't drop. I had to TCL my character to his dead body and examine it that way. I don't see any conflicts to his position in xEdit with anything else in my modlist.

Can't find Scholar - No Map Marker / Marker up in the sky

Found the cause of the issue. It was the run script on main thread setting of Papyrus Tweaks NG.

Highly unlikely.  More likely that you had as the link above I gave, and you've started a new game.

Well I don't know what caused it then as I tested it 4 times each with new characters running from falkreath to the spot. Oh well.

hey there, i seem to have an unusual problem, me charactor just keels over and dies for some reason. I never had this problem with the older versions, so any advice would be wonderful thanks

this only happens with this mod, new game just out of helgen cave. Fresh game, fresh install of toys. 

If i deactivate all the toys mods, this stops happening.

The older versions i hade no problems with, i suppose i could downgrade and let you know how that works

In order to help further, I need to see your papyrus log, for a game session, where you start a new game, and recreate the death. How to get a Papyrus Log?

In addition need the full details as follows:

I have nothing equipped, i do use the live another life and it is a fresh game just coming out of the cave , i just stand there and she dies, or i walk and she dies,.

So you have a mod not happy. I don't recognize it, maybe you do. However I doubt this has anything do do with dying.

• The log gives no clues. Toys mods are happy
• Beyond the log, you've given no new info. Most of my questions are unanswered. I have nothing to go on

I can assure you, this mod cannot kill you. No chance.

Is from vanilla game script. Having over 7k warning messages from the vanilla game itself, is a bad sign. Something's likely very F'd up. So maybe this is indeed your problem. Might try steam integrity check, plus look into if your mod manager has lost it's mind.
