No, many game use this approach, you wont need other half as soon as the models are symmetrical, it can keep textures smaller. this game's problem is every vertex on the symmetry axis will be break into two vertices and have their own normals, then this two normals interact with normal maps cause this seam to appear.

I looked at it myself and actually, the problem seems to be that the models are weirdly designed, The models are not one complete model, but cut in weird ways. So if there's a seam it's most likely because of either UV mapping or the model just is cut as an object at the position where you see the seam. Sometimes it might be a combination of both.

I just checked the original swimsuit costume and it does have a seam line. It's just not that noticeable compared to the nude mod and your modified swimsuit. Like the belly button doesn't slide in half in the original costumes but you can somewhat see the seam line.

 

Btw were you able to fix the misplaced seams on the bikini itself?

See how the seams on the original are on where there are supposed to be seams whereas the mod has the seams on the flat areas. Could fixing this probably make the belly button seam more aligned? Since there's already misalignment that might be why the seams are split at the belly button.

The .G1M itself seems to be different from the one on PCs:

 

Nevertheless, the TWO EUR .G1M can be read via Noesis using g1m plugin.

 

Cipher:  Big Endian

It should be _M1G6300 in Little Endian

 

2. G1MF0023:

It should be FM1G3200 in Little Endian

 

3. G1MS0032:

It should be SM1G2300 in Little Endian

 

PC Versions Use Little Endian

 

I'm not sure if there exist only few differences, which means there may be more "similar" differences like these.

 

Currently g1mtools doesn't support Big Endian Cipher.

 

It's not only these "Similar" Differences, there are some differences on structures as well.

I will get my hands on miu's swimsuit very soon, it shouldnt be too much work, i think i could release the miu's and yri's texture fix together in next 24hours. also i was try to make the seam not so obvious, i have tried to paint the normal map into blank and it had similar result as the original, so i think maybe the original model has some tricks to disable the normal map?

Note that I have added GMPK packing/unpacking to gust_tools.

For the time being, it only supports Little-Endian archives (so it won't unpack/repack WiiU .gmpk files for instance, as those are Big-Endian) but I may add support for Big-Endian files in a future version.

 

And yeah, I know that another utility exists, that can perform repacking, but our version actually goes through processing of the GMPK header, instead of simply dumping and reusing this part as a "black box". So it may allow for more advanced usage for modders, if needed...

 

Anyway, as usual, you can download this, as well as the other gust_tools executables, here.

Hi, dunno if someone already shared this, but here it is Ryza costume without jacket or without belt/accesories, you can use them separatedly or mix them, just put the folders inside Mods folder, for use with 3Dmigoto
