I REALLY LIKE CAT'S, I lost my Sunshine about 2 years ago (16.5 years old, died in my arms... sob), I have been missing him something fierce since. Grey tabby with a dump truck load of personality, and he loved me a lot. I hope you and your cat are on the same terms. I've had other cat's, in the past, that DID NOT like me, that was a long time ago though.

They're amazing.  This is our third. The first was a tortoiseshell and white cat with the softest personality you could hope to find. The second was a tabby who considered me beneath him. The current one is a Bombay black who is loads of personality, cuteness and enough independence to be out and about. She's called Loki. And she's just pulled up outside the patio door and I let her in. She's sitting right by me now. And yep - there go the claws. I'm her personal scratching post. Ouch.

Been there, done that, I love it!!! Now, answer the fuckin question (BraveHeart, the Irishman)! LOL Fallrim, Java? just kidding, I'm NO WHERE NEAR being ready to install it, just ribbin a little, LOL. You are really wanting that mod, huh? Ya see how I changed the subject there, didn't mean any offense. I been waiting a while to use that line on you. I liked BraveHeart a lot. True story, yes?

She's a nice one, looking at her more. Like what I see!!! No 3BA? I'm only seeing CBBE. I don't use BHUNP. Hmmm... Ok, I see a mod to use my skins and a preset as well. hmmm...

Let me know when we can talk about high heels, will ya. Still want them, can't seem to get it to work right. Height, sounds etc... When you can.

I need to know what mods to install to get the height right and to make the sounds work. I know I have to change the esp via SSEEdit as per the instructions, is that what you did? Do I have to manually change the height for them to be placed on the ground properly. I have tried this before, but I don't think I did it right. Last game play had no sounds for the feet\boots\heels. I am pretty sure I have the mods, just don't know which ones to use. I have Race menu high heels fix, but that alone doesn't do the trick.

 

And, my Blaze was really tall, like amazon tall, towered over everyone.

I use Lazy Heels. Its a file found in this mod page.  If one of my companions wears heels that sink into the ground, I can bump up the height using the MCM in game. Job done, and simplicity itself. 

 

For older mods that require the HDT High Heels Fix from LE days, I use a dummy mod.  I also have "Heels Sound" esm.

 

To be honest, the only one I use is the Lazy Heels, when I notice someone with sunk shoes.  It works perfectly and usually remembers the NPCs/followers you have adjusted.  It all seems to work OK so far as I can see. I don't get too worried if it doesn't.

Ok, gotcha! So, you don't have Race menu high heels fixed installed, hmmm. I will investigate further. Good night. Post when you come on-line, will ya?

 

10:30 my time. Got done, found those FNIS folders, deleted. Got into the game folder and deleted any leftovers. Ran purge mods thru Vortex. Turned off the ENB. Started the game and went to main menu, got out of game. I wanted to let the game see no ENB (shot in the dark). Turned on ENB, back into the game.

 

NEW GAME START: 5X5, went all the way to Riverwood, 5X5. Great start, good to GO GO GO! Talk more later. I like success.

 

Ok, Uhmm, I have a funny feeling that I have only now properly set up FNIS. In the FNIS.ini. I can no longer start it manually from the dashboard. It runs only after I install a mod as before, but now it just shuts off after it's done. I'm positive it is doing what it is supposed to be doing, there is NOTHING wrong here. I'm not sure, it's different. Modding is going faster because I don't have to start FNIS twice (auto and then manual) in order to see the totals, you remember that, right? I'll keep my eye out for more changes. FNIS PCEA2 is now using file#1 to save instead of #111or 57, another clue?

 

Wow, this is kinda throwing me off a little bit, I gotta take a break just to get my head straight. FNIS is definitely going faster. I haven't seen a menu hardly at all. It is different since I set that .ini right from the start with only the FNIS mod installed. I hope I'm saying this so you can understand it. I think I found another problem in my technique(?). FYI: Faster HDT version 1.15, seen it?

 

OMG, sooo much faster! I have a question about Fallrim Tools when you come on-line.

Hi - no I don't have any Racemenu High Heels mod in my game. I never noticed the mod nor (so far) has the game done anything weird because it's not there. I'll take a look at it.

From what I have read about Vortex, I think you are right! It's working properly. That's got to be good!

 

Meanwhile I had an idea about my CTD Chinese mod...  off to do some NIF work!

NICE! Keep me informed on the progress!

 

Meanwhile: Vortex and FNIS are FLYING along. The word "faster" just doesn't cover it. This whole time it was right in front of my face and I totally missed it! I am already past 100 mods installed, coming up on the end of my body stuff. Blaze WILL reappear very soon!

 

OH, man, I have sooo got this. I am kick'in ass here. I hope I'm not getting cocky!

Gah! Still trying to get this Chinese Mod to work.  Everything works well except for approaching this fantastic Chinese pavilion / house from the exterior. I can see it, it's there, but get too close to it and "well hello desktop!"  I can go to the interior of the place - looks amazing.  I'll get you a screen shot, give me a few moments.

 

.NetScriptFramework is giving me a hint that part of the building exterior NIF file has a problem. I compared the building NIF to another mod that I know works and I found a couple of very minor things I fixed. But still no joy.  Sadly, I don't know anything about NIFs so I am feeling my way in the dark.  And the more this evades me, the more determined I am to find the problem and FIX the damned thing!!

You can see why I want this mod to work right below!  The modder has created a fantastic place, it must have taken him hours. It's a mighty shame he has not released it elsewhere.

I just noticed a slight head / body discolouration on Xia. But I am past caring...
