Tomorrow I'll go and hunt out Incaendo's Overlays.  Thanks for the info! We can work with that once I got it aboard. I'm keen to learn how to do this stuff.

And yes - I have space. I might even ESPFE it!

OK!  I've been downloading a couple of tattoo mods as well...

This is a view you get when you mouse over an empty slot and press the letter "t" on your keypad and move your mouse over the selections in the menu that pops up. You can faintly see the dragon scale paint because no color has been selected yet. You shouldn't make a selection until you see what the scheme will look like... no selection has been made here. moving your mouse over the text shows you the scheme you want. Like so...

This is the view when you have a color selected and you mouse over the text to find your paint you want. You don't want to click or press anything until you pick the one you want.

Oh, I get it.

I use a controller and could never get that list up!!!!  I would have to click on an empty slot, then scroll down a list of everything.  

It's easy for me to switch to keyboard. God you've saved me so much pain, thank you!!

 

Anyhow - please carry on because if I missed that part, you can bet there's other things I have missed!

 

I found Incaendo's, by the way. It's an ESPFE so no worries about over-filling load order.

Yes, when you mouse over the empty slot, the only key you should press to the see the menu is "t". If you click on it or use "e" it will take you into color selection, we're not there yet. Next: Camera. When you apply these paints, there are some that are only applied to the back of your PC. Here's how you get there,,,

As you notice on the bottom of the menu you have your camera controls. Using the alt key + w, a, s, d, keys will spin your PC so you can see what paint schemes look like from the back, like so...

There is a really nice tat I use back here from Incaendo's pack. #14. You will see it when you try this yourself. Next pic...

Using your camera, get a close-up. this is the view I use to put freckles and the mole on the faces. It gives me the ability to get the freckles color just right. Those patterns are in the skin features overlay mod as you already know.

Do you have a mod that allows extra slots for these overlays for your Racemenu?

Are you kidding, with all the help you have given me, this is the least I can do. I'm really happy being able to instruct instead of being taught, nice change. Next: COLOR SELECTION, OOOHH NOOO. Relax, I got ya covered. So... When you mouse over an empty slot and click or press "e" it takes you here...

This, by far, the most difficult part of this process. So I gotta get this just right. When I pick a color (blue is my fav.) for my paint I 1st move the middle slider all the way to the right side, like so...
