I figured it out! In case anyone else needs to know, Racial Skin Variance seems to be a hard incompatibility with Unique Character, regardless of load order. Disabling that made my changes apply immediately. :)

May I humbly request some assistance with the installation of this mod? I am familiar with modding skyrim, have used body slide/3bbb/outfit studio, etc. and have gotten all the previous items working in-game. 

 

I can't for the life of me figure out why I still have a visible vagina when attempting to install this via unique character. I have the matching "pure" textures, the base SOS TRX and this addon + matching body textures, etc. I use the FOMOD to install them and nothing seems to go wrong. However, every time I open Body Slide, without fail there still is a vagina seem present. It's like something in Vortex or Body Slide is not letting Unique Character have it's own textures and is constantly overwriting it. I have the Slide project, and the body texture loading after Unique Character so I can't tell what is overriding Unique Character. Does anyone feel up for some troubleshooting? haha

Are you sure you are opening the right project in BodySlide? A vagina showing up in the BS preview points to a wrong project being chosen

I have currently selected "CBBE 3BBB Body Amazing Vagainaless v2.1 UBE Anus for Unique Character" as the Outfit/Body with a general "CBBE SevenBase" Preset that I have customized the sliders for. 

 

Is either of those not what you're referring to?

Those sound right.

 

Ohh- I think what's happening is simply that you are seeing the default female textures being projected over the model in the BS preview. This is completely normal- try seeing what the body looks like in game

Opened it in-game, made sure that I was completely naked and it was still there. Weirdly enough, so was a "full" vagina - in that it appeared to have collision and texture. I was able to clip through the leg and see "internally" and it was there. Which it isn't in BodySlide when I pan the camera to do the same thing. Maybe that's it? But I have no idea what is adding not just the mesh/texture back, but also the complete "functionality" despite building the right body/outfit...

Are you sure you're not using some other conflicting mod? xravyn's similar issues were caused by RSV

Unless the original CBBE or 3BBB mod is the culprit I am not sure as nothing I have in theory should be touching the Unique Character. Could I ask how to "turn" this mod into a custom race instead? I have one downloaded, do I build this body again in BodySlide and just move the textures over? I have never edited a custom race before so you'll really have to explain it like I'm five haha

Could Bijin wives/nps/handmaidens be the culprit? Should I not install the "normal" pure skin textures for all females and just use the one that you included with no textures for the NPCs?

No, a mod like that wouldn't cause the problems you're seeing

You'll just need to go to the custom race's folder and replace the body meshes and textures with vaginaless equivalents

There should be no cause for CBBE right? I notice that with racemenu in-game that the sliders are not at all what I see and customize with BodySlider and this vaginaless project...

Sorry that I can't be of more help. I am beyond confused at this point. I even switched to a completely different texture pack, demoniac from pure, and still, there is a vagina present. I have no idea what mod is using Unique Character against me like this haha I don't want to give up but I may not be able to use this mod, sorry.

I can't even do this for a unique race, it's overriding the meshes and textures that I downloaded from this mod. I have no idea what in my game is forcing this but my female characters cannot not have a vagina. This is fucking stupid haha

I have been playing around with this "aedra" race and it seems like the same issue comes up from when I was trying to work with unique character. So I install a default map with "pure" textures. I purposely choose the "muscular" setting for the unique character as a place holder. I then move the "muscular" map textures into the "aedra" folder. I do the same for the meshes that I create through Body Slide for the vaginaless project with the CBBE preset sliders. When I go into the game, my character with the custom race selected, "aedra", appears with the "default" skin texture from pure, no "muscular" like I selected and overwrote in the base texture folder like you told me do, and vagina present. Something is forcing everything I do with the character to what I select for the female NPC...

Will do - can you recommend the absolute bear bones to start with in regards to the requirements of your two mods - vaginaless and futa addon?

For this test you don't really need the futa addon, just try to narrow down what exactly is overriding your body

I think it's something to do with BodySlide and how I am downloading/storing/batch building them because when I check the built, outputed meshes from BodySlide in Unique Character, I notice that there is "femalebody.tri" and not the "femalefuta.tri" or whatever it's called that I remember you referencing earlier in this forum thread. I think BodySlide is technically working against me but it is my fault too haha, at the end of the day though not sure when you and I finally figure this out if I want to struggle through how to convert outfits to this project because that is something that I am sure that I have no idea how to do.
