Yeah I'm lost. AAF is installed correctly and works flawlessly in all areas with the previous version. The moment I update NR AAF gets stuck at 11%. Only thing I havent tried is a new save, I'll give that a shot I suppose.

I guess you install again but this time without JB's settings file? Stuff that overlaps with AAF.

I've never installed it using his setting file so I suppose I could try it WITH the file and see if that changes things.

If you still can't fix it then you're just gonna have to reinstall AAF and see if that works. If not there's probably a conflict you're gonna need to find.

Reinstall all the basic stuff (themes) required in the manual just in case. (happened to me once guess deployment gone wrong)

What's it getting stuck on? Open the admin panel and check. 11% is "kinda" early for an xml error, usually it's in the 60's, but still possible.

Also version of the game and AAF would be helpful.

I've got the downgraded version of the game, not NG and the most recent AAF. What's weird is everything works flawlessly until I install the update for NR. That's why I'm so confused lol it doesn't make sense. It's getting stuck at 11% yeah and I'm assuming by admin panel you mean the home key in which case that's not doing anything when this happens.

just finished 6.9.1, and Ive got to say, this is one of best written adult mods that i've played, between fallout and even skyrim. The wait is going to be hard, but im sure worth it.

Hello, just came back to f4 modding and saw this mod, started playing Norita (10ish hrs) and so far I'm impressed it's funny and kinda sweet all things considered lol and can't wait to see more.

 I've restarted after fixing the market area (I was missing Sooo much! the load ins and missing mesh/text was crazy) and this is the nicest I've ever seen nuka world. So, if anyone else is using vortex and having an issue trying to get this mod lower in your load order or just doesn't know how, this was my fix. Hope it helps.

 

 (While in vortex) go to the "plug in's" tab (below mods), find this mods "esp" and dbl click on it (not the link), then go to "group" option/setting and choose "core mod". Ok, you're done... Just don't run loot after or it will undo this change. so far this seems to have fixed everything and I'm not having stuttering like some of the other fix's/groups I tried.

Hard to guess, works fine here, so unless your using the recommended/required mods your experience is probably unique.  You can look at the INI file provided with AAF, there are some debug settings in there you can try turning on -- that might give you a clue -- but AAF is bad at error handling/reporting.

Yeah I'm pretty good at troubleshooting this kind of stuff normally, but its definitely a unique situation. Might try the debug options tomorrow after work I'm burnt out on troubleshooting for today.

Yeah, good luck.  I am fairly sure you are failing at the stage where it reads XML & INI files, but it literally hasn't parsed it yet.  The progress indicator starts at 10%, so your like right at the beginning.

 

So perhaps it is permissions, or it is related to the boot loop warning that is in izzyknows signature there.  Hint if you have files/folders in Data partially named naf or soas, AAF will crap itself.  I still can't get over the mental gymnastics why a modder would sabotage his own mod and make support worse for himself, kind of dumb stuffs.

Yeah don't think it's the boot loop thing since AAF works just fine right up until the point I update nuka ride. Really fucked up of him to do that though, especially since that corrupts saves. I would understand if grey user had like stolen source code or something from him but that's not the case here.

Hey @JB. 

Got a really weird issue with the enema.

It will hard lock the game the moment I click You decided to use the toilet, IF I sleep in the same cell as the enema and then try to use it. This is persistent across loads.  ie. save..try..lockup... load game load save...

I can go to a different cell and it'll work fine.

I have (another) question/situation.  

 

During a visit to the apartment, the OB took liberties with my avatar.  Due to female cycles and contraception chances, the avatar is now pregnant with the OB twins.  Unlike other play throughs where I can confront the father, there is no option to confront the OB about the consequences of his actions.  Is there a way to get the OB to acknowledge the babies.

 

IK i can abort, but curios otherwise.

No idea. Keep in mind that I don't cover pregnancy, babies, or children in my mods.

OK, figured out/fixed my issue and it was definitely a weird unique one. For whatever reason the xml files had been installed as shortcuts to files that didn't exist instead of actual files lol. I have no fucking clue why but I deleted and redownloaded the mod and reinstalled and all is working now. Looking forward to continuing the story. Thanks to the people who tried to help with this.

@JB. I was playing around outfitting my crew of ladies(Ivy and Piper for now) with Kali's Assistant and was getting arm clipping.  Went into bodyslide and realized that there were still CBBE sliders in there, along with the FG ones.  All I did here is delete out the CBBE ones, so feel free to add them to the main set sometime.

Hey just curious about adding a possible optional mod to the list for this specifically for Norita's Route: High Heel Training (since there are instances where she does/can complain about the high heels) I'm using it for that at the moment just to see how it works and so far it's been kinda fun (If a little irritating when she falls over LOL) in a small immersion way (I can send a link if you'd like like I did with the other heels mod I found)

I am now running into this exact same issue.

The other guy doesn't spawn at all and I am unable to progress.

 

If anyone has any ideaa what could cause it, I'd love to hear it.
