No, you have to do that for the classroom key, after the first shower room scene. Once you get into the classroom, if you go and speak to janitor, there isn't any further conversation, just greetings. Have tried moving and looking under the teacher's desk and other desks but still nothing

I am about to ask that Cute Preset (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47690) is incompatible with......everything.  I have had to go into "manage File Conflicts" in ZEX three times to reset the male skeleton away from Cute preset.

I likely am the cause of this as I am running a non standard NR set up, because I still want to play FO4 vanilla, which means tons of weapons mods, a Norita that keeps a holstered Glock most of the time  (BTW, if anyone has the textures built for the Glock 19 for this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19355), I sould love to have it.   My texture swap didn't go so well and now I have purple things that I can't even delete from the world).

I haven't updated the game with a save from the dream world (usually I have done it at the end of the quest line where JB prompts to create a save), do you recall the mod version the save game was from and what mod version you upgraded to at the time?

 

Perhaps the cell your save game was in was removed from the mod, but I think that would be a save breaking change.  I haven't really seen any issues with upgrading on this mod for the little while I have been using it, so it seems to me that JB is well aware of many of the issues that would break save games.

Oh, this is important. Thanks, I'll recommend it on the main page.

 

When I saw that FG was having some issues with Pack backpacks and other weird stuff here and there, I decided to save myself the trouble and play with the vanilla meshes. I haven't played with FG meshes for years.

 

 

As for the cell in Sanctuary, that simply means the mod couldn't load and Fallout sends you to a default cell, which is that one.

Yeah, that mod probably needs to be stripped down & repacked.  For the most part you can just use the preset-only with Nuka Ride, you would only need BDO Hairs from TrophiHunter, and it looks nice with Kziitd's skin & texture for the girls (separate mod in the Optional folder for NR).

The preset will work with FG since it's mainly just a face preset.  I have used that preset in NR and in FOLON (have to add Oni Face Parts & BDO Hairs).  But if your stuck with wanting to use CBBE then I would just download the preset and the source mods, mainly you need:

Oni cute asian face parts (This is included in Nuka Ride)

BDO Hairs

Rutah Tatto Pack (This is a requirement for Nuka Ride)

Extended Facial Sculpting (This is included in Nuka Ride, and I believe you only need this if you want to adjust the preset -- my understanding is the preset would apply without it but never tried that)

 

If your going to use CBBE:

Discrete Female Skeleton

Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE (choose the DFS option when installing)

 

Then you should be able to choose whatever CBBE compatible textures for skin/face that you prefer.

 

There are other mods listed on that Cute Preset page that are included, maybe they are necessary for CBBE but for FG I didn't really see any issues.  They are also using a modified Oni Face but I didn't see any difference and didn't want to create conflicts with NR, so I did not install anything that was included in NR or a requirement of it other than the hair pack.

Yes, the issue was that Cute kept taking priority for both the female skeleton (I have Discrete Female Skeleton so that isn't an issue) and male.    I upgraded NR, to the latest version (c to current) and noticed that I had the horse cock bug, but it didn't bother me enough to fix that bug.   I only noticed the error back in the Commonwealth when stripping the raiders for loot.

Yeah you have to manually move the skeleton provided with that Cute Preset mod to the right folder (the female subfolder as shown in the DFS picture).  That would remove your conflict with ZeX (or should, unless you have MORE skeletons installed).  That's why I think it would be better to install the minimal required components rather than that whole mod, when you install Skeletal Adjustments and select DFS it will install it in the female subfolder that DFS expects.

 

If you have more than two skeletons then you have a lot more issues.  You could just install Cute first, DFS, Skeletal Adjustments (w/DFS option), and then ZeX with respect to install/overwrite order -- effectively DFS will overwrite Cute and the Skeletal will install in female subfolder, and ZeX will win out the "male" skeleton (overwriting Cute & DFS).

Hello everyone. I was absent for a long time due to illness, I see that a lot of new things have appeared) and some things that we talked about and what I suggested have appeared in your wonderful modification. Thank you. but now I need to install everything from scratch...

A while ago, some users were reporting ugly operators and @JB. asked which mod was changing the faces.  Idk if that was ever answered, so I was doing  a tune up (fizxing little mod issues, here and there) and got this screen shot.  Last thing to change it was the Nuka Ride World Patch.

Possible issue after finishing all of Nora's quests, I am unable to get the dialog with my clone to take her as a follower/change outfit etc. She's also been wearing the spacesuit since the galactic park. I'm on 6.9.1g

Those are literately copy  & pasted vanilla NPC's. Meaning, if you have a mod that changes the vanilla Raiders, it should change those too. As long as it's below my patch. ;)

It was from 6.9 upgraded to 6.9e I skipped a couple of upgrades because the bugs never affected my play through but it was an easy fix to identify so I just went back to a save where a wasn't in the lusty ladies cell,I play survival so saves are a little scarce next play through I'll use a survival mod to save more but I kind of like the little bit of anxiety from not being able to save often  except when I wandered out of Nukatown and was eaten by Cave crickets after two hours of play I hate those little shits

You guys piqued my interest, and she is just as ugly in vanilla.  Only thing I had mod wise was:

"Address Library - All In One"

"Game Engine 1.10.163.0"

"Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE) 0.6.23"

"Backported Archive2 Support System 1.0"

It sounds like from what JB said the issue is the plugin failed (why is the question, maybe a glitch with your mod manager?) to load so it threw you into a test cell.  Which makes some sense if the cell doesn't exist it's going to want to put you somewhere.  Not sure what test cell that is, tho.

I mentioned this a while ago. I have abitprettierraider faces and had to put those below the the nuka ride world patch. But then I got double bodies. Not sure what I did wrong but when I come up with a fix I'll let you know.

 

PS. I'm a bit anal when it came to that so been playing with this issue for a while and need to fix it.

Yours are much better to look at that is for certain.  

 

Izzy\s patch was 18 in my load order, despite being in the "testing group" which is suppose to load last.......no, I am not going to give up Vortex to learn MO2. I should have made that change back in the NMM days (just like I should have gone FG but....got used and comfortable with CBBE and Vortex, so...)

 

Thanks for the vector though!   At least now I know where to chase down the bug.    Unfortunately it will be next weekend before I can dive into it.

I think that (double bodies) is just Nuka Ride World Patch, izzy places extra copies of the same NPCs to make it more crowded, but they are not unique NPCs the "ugly one" that people are complaining about from Vanilla is placed like 5-6 times in izzy's patch (same base NPC).  I also don't think that base NPC is any random lists for randomizing the face/gender either.

 

I would check it out without NR World Patch.

I have and all the extras are gone with allot of other stuff, like tables and such. The CWSS world patch will work without the NRWP.
