I have an issue. I'm having problems with voices not working. At times I can hear them speak but then the sound will cut out. I can still read what they are saying but sound seems to come and go.

Unless you specify which scene you're referring to, I'm afraid I don't know where to begin.

It was during the training day quest talking to Katelyn and on the Dunmore farm when speaking to Bret, It seemed to go away for now but not sure what could have caused it.

Trying to do My Radio, have spoken to the club owner, now have two questmarkers under the electrical pylons/transmission towers- Nothing happens at either place.

Sqs shows quest running at 100, 42 and 43 are done. The stage guide didn't really help.

By now, you've found the clues in Diamond City to rescue the Mayor, so finding what this new quest asks for should be a piece of cake. It seems that it's going to be true that the mod is bimbofying the players. 😭

Don't do setstages. Put that bimbo back there and search! Deshawn tells you where it could be. The quest objective itself tells you where it could be. I have faith in you.

On the side of one leg on each tower there is a small, square package, looks like a bomb, c4 explosive type, select and move to the next tower.

If it is not showing reload a save, make sure you are wearing the right clothes, (don't know if it matters here, does in other NR quests) look again.

lol, I remember looking for something that looked like a "jammer" and finally gave up and put in the C4. But the clothes have nothing to do with it. The artifact is there.

I had some trouble seeing them the first time too, I was not wearing NR clothes so after I backed up to a save, went again I wore NR clothes and they were there.

I wondered if that was my problem... now I know.

Thank You!

Look at your quests in pip boy, back up to an earlier save than the one you used and try again.

I think we all have had to do that, slow down a little, check your quest log, save, save, save.

Yes. I downloaded both of them. I also downloaded bodyslide. If you don't mind, please download trs and easy girl to bodyslide.

I'm going to sleep now, so I won't be able to reply for a while. I'll probably wake up in 8-9 hours.

They are using NAF, so they are using LooksMenu 1.6.20 and old-gen.  And they are literally crashing in LooksMenu (f4ee.dll), so it's either a morph or overlay.  I guess Breast_L_00 and Breast_L_01_Offset are mesh nodes, so maybe a morph but I also see Overlays on the stack.

You could try over on the NAF thread I guess.  Considering NAF is hooking/replacing f4ee code as well maybe this is a new bug.

By the way, just looking at the addresses in the stack, suspect your crashing somewhere in here (f4ee.dll+004B189):

https://github.com/expired6978/F4SEPlugins/blob/76768ffa79265e45216f70d15f346c6625b1ca9b/f4ee/PapyrusOverlays.cpp#L79

Which that whole uid thing is part of what NAF is patching, it's explained on nopse0's github:

https://github.com/nopse0/f4ee-patched/tree/master

@WinterWolverine@Tatoine66

Best I can tell is your crashing in Overlays.Get because the actor is a null pointer.  Which that is called in NAF Bridge on a Timer (AAF_API.OnTimer) when an overlay needs to be removed.  Maybe turn on NAF Bridge debugging and check the log file in the root directory (I think it is called something like aaSUP...).  There is also maybe a slow-drying option, maybe turn that off (I'd have to look to see if it can be turned on/off)?

@dav42 okay, we're making good progress, I understand  that come from overlay and NAF but I'm not computer scientist like you and I don't know "papyrus" "004B189".... where to find all that. In FEE.ini ?

I'v seen https://github.com/nopse0/f4ee-patched/tree/master  : if I follow build instruction, it says "On Windows you can use TortoiseGit and its Git Bash for this" but what's TortoiseGit ??? So, does exist a patch on nexus or anywhere to simply download via vortex ? Thanks again for your time and courage :)

Hello, maybe this will help, maybe not, let's see.

I'm using the downgraded f4 (version right before newest upgrade 1.10.163 I think) and I'm using looksmenu v1-6-18.

Other than the followers Ivy here on Ll (highly recommend for any reg play through) and Heather Casdin on the nexus (again, highly recommend for reg play through) and a few other small things I can't live without, I followed this mods list, had most of it anyways lol   I choose 1 option in everything including the optional/soft recommendations, it's worth it.

The mod choices I made are for the body type fg, I am not using that male replacer, am using atomic muscle (I had in my game already will change if I redo my mod list), (I do have collisions/physics body preset).

Every time I have any issue I reload a save I know didn't have any issue, if the issue shows up there I just drop to dash, then reload the game, this includes major flickering (even after load order fix and I caused it most times by reloading repeatedly in the outer world spaces for dialog choices), and voice scripts not firing (pc/npc will go silent and do so more than once or twice) this has only happened once but resetting the game fixed it. that's all I can think of, I hope you guy's/gals figure out a fix, I'm even farther into it and I'm lovin the strangely sweet story being told.

May good fortune find you, peace.

004B189 is an offset (address) where the game crashed.  It really has nothing to do with the game data.  What you want to maybe try is go into NAF Bridge and one of the settings for SLOW DRYING turn that off and see if it helps.  If it does then maybe point NAF Bridge author to my post, it may be useful to him.  But I think *maybe* turning off slow drying will be a workaround, why it's happening I have no idea.

I was just pointing you to the code because this is what NAF Bridge patched in f4ee.dll.  You wouldn't want to build it (that will definitely cause NAF Bridge to crash, which is why nopse0's fix was integrated with NAF Bridge a while ago because some folks tried to use it).  The way F4SE plugins work is they look for a specific offset in memory where the game engine (or it's dll's) are loaded and they patch in-memory the code, usually what they do is replace a small bit of the original code to tell it to jump to a new code (which is what NAF Bridge is doing).  The other thing that happens in F4SE plugins is they call game engine code, a great many functions in the game engine were reverse engineered and an abstraction library called CommonLibF4 was written to allow programmers to call game engine functions or access the game's memory structures.  Address Library is another component of this, what it does is provides another layer of abstraction on how to find the location in memory (so you can use the same F4SE plugin with old-gen or next-gen, for example) -- Address Library doesn't work for every scenario but for a great many it does.

I threw a lot of the technical findings out there, in case someone more knowledgeable can help.  But likely you need help from the NAF Bridge author.  One other notable difference is I use Commonwealth Moisturizer, not sure if that makes a difference.  But it looks to me what slow drying does is adjusts the transparency on the cum overlays, because the only place I could find where it was calling Overlays.Get was in that condition.  Crashes can be a combination of causes, it could be that it doesn't interact well with mod X & Y loaded.

Your definitely missing some mod dependencies because I see a purple collar there.  So maybe some info to help you figure it out:

1. Purple outfits/collars/etc (textures) = missing texture (usually a missing mod dependency)

2. Missing body parts = missing meshes (3d models, also usually a missing mod dependency)

It could also be an archive invalidation problem if the files are loose (which is typical of meshes).  One of the ways you can figure it out is opening console, clicking on the NPC, and type "showinventory" and see what outfit they are wearing.  But yeah I think a lot of the collars are from TRS or EasyGirl, so that's a pretty good bet what your missing, and make sure your downloading the original/main mod for those (since the original/main mod has the textures, and BodySlide conversions will usually just have meshes and you need both).

The other one that is commonly missed is installing the Nuka Ride BodySlide files, should be in the Nuka Ride main folder.  Those are required.

Having a great time playing through this for the first time. I downloaded the game and all the mods just for this.

I have gotten far enough into the playthrough now to start experiencing animation scenes while wearing heels and it is completely misaligning the animations (they are fine if I remove the heels).

I am by no means experienced in modding so I thought I'd ask here where I got some great assistance before, even though this is not related to Nuka Ride specifically.

Grateful for any assistance or pointers. Adding my plugins.txt file (vortex) just in case it could be related to a load order problem: https://pastebin.com/JrjbUHtv

I think when you installed HHS maybe you missed the AAF compatibility option

Thank you very much. It worked after I added the Nuka Ride BodySlide file.
