I've included my load order. Been through it and I can't see anything that would cause the Deathclaws to hunt me. It comes up on screen "You are being hunted/stalked". Also, don't know why the Abernathy family are hostile.

I highly suspect the KARMA mod : it may think you are very evil, thus making abernathy hostile

 

I don't know from where come the deathclaw though 'being hunted/stalked' usually comes from a stalker spawning mod

Hi, no isn't the KARMA mod as I have only just installed it and was happening before that. Turns out that it is Menstrual Cycle for Advanced Needs 2. Apparently, you attract Deathclaws if your character is menstruating and you aren't using tampons!!! Pretty cool, kinda!!!

 

I've disabled the mod, so going to try again with Lucy in the Sky quest!!

I would recommend disabling all unnecessary mods and only run with required/recommended mods (i.e. a new mod profile & new game) for the best experience with the least amount of hassle.

I get what you are saying but why are the Abernathy family hostile to me? I haven't attacked them. I've tried the AddToFaction console command etc and they are still hostile which means I can't progress with the quest.

I have no issues with hostile NPCs in this mod.  So it's something unique to your setup, hence the advice to just use recommended/required mods to make life easy.  You can just doing resetai on the NPC and see if that has any effect, but beyond that I have no idea how the faction system works.

I appreciate one of the music recommendations you suggested a month or two ago. It perfectly captured what is my favorite scene in this update. I usually play/test a scene three or four times before moving on, but I played this one a couple more times just for sheer enjoyment. It made me tweak it here and there to make it really special.

I have that mod  🤣, you need to wear a tampon or you get chased by dogs/mosquitos/Deathclaws😬. I'm using the CS_whistle for a pacific way out (needs a patch obviously).

any fix for the height misalignment when using heels during the scenes? (other than just removing heels every time) 

im new to modding this game so if ive missed an obvious patch/option please dont crucify me!

Reinstall HHS and make sure you choose the AAF fix option. Forget what exactly what it's called, but it fixes the sitting and AAF scenes height issues. Just pay attention during the install.

What works for most is below. Please check with what you have.

 

1. Profile with Nuke Ride and its requirements; pull all the other mods out of this profile

2. Nuka Ride at the very bottom (MO2) or highest priority in whatever loader you use

3. Build the clothes

4. The only thing that should have higher priority are the Nuka Ride patches, IF you use them

5. Start a new game and let us know what you observe

Let's say that I wanted to install this mod, for its changes to nuka world, but that I was playing a character with basically no interest in playing this mod's quest line.

 

What changes would the mod need to have for plausible gameplay under these conditions?

Loved Commonwealth Slavers and I'm interested in checking this out. But I never played Nuka World DLC. Is it recommended to play the DLC first, or does it not matter?

Nuka World DLC turns off Nuka Ride so I would not do that, play the mod first.

Look elsewhere for cosmetic mods.

The only reasons to play a JB mod are for the writing and the questlines. They are honestly better than Bethesda.

@Bluesent@izzyknows I Have the same problem and reinstall Fo4SS with different option with AAF fixe but no change. I don't understand how fixe it .... I tried to change the parameters in MCM = FO4ss = AAF, no change. So, I change outift without Heels before scene.

I've never played NW dlc, and after playing this I can't fathom ever playing it,

 

So, no, you don't have to play dlc first, in fact you are better off just playing this on its own profile coming straight of the vault.

Did you use bodyslide to build the clothes?

 

Assuming you have them installed, you have to 'build' them in bodyslide.
