I very much appreciate the leads. Though, as you can see in the file I have attached, I keep my active mod list very low.
Additionally, I opened FO4 Edit to check conflicts underneath the 'Cell' branch. 
The only conflicts that can be found are between 'Nuka Ride World Patch' and 'Universal Working Bathroom Fixtures'

I loaded into game, left a nuka world interior, I stepped into the parlor area, it kinda lagged for a second then when it finished buffering, all the buildings were stable.

I would not run Universal working bathroom fixtures with this.   Just stick with CWSS and the patch you will find under the world patch I believe.   It works great.   Also do not run CWSS and BYOP with this mod together, or you will have overlapping showers, at least I did.   CWSS alone works flawlessly with this though.

sorry for 2nd post, but you will want to disable almost every quest mod with this, priority towards anything that starts as you leave the vault.   Play around with it a little to see what does not cause issues, but you really want a small mod list with this as you will not be interacting with the commonwealth that often (nothing that effect Nuka World, Raiders, Brotherhood and even Sanctuary for the most part).   I thought there was a does not play nice list somewhere, but I think that was with CS the other large quest mod by JB.

Have a minor issue here.

 

The earrings from hellkitty, bubblegum and primadonna won't show when wearing matced highheels.

 

Earings only show when wearing highheels from other outfits.😂

They wont show when nude either, and you can wear other earrings at the same time but they will show/render.

Never really noticed it cause my PC usually has long hair that covers the ears very well.

Nisha's boots also will also prevent certain things from rendering on the body.... forget at the moment exactly what it is. But Music's shoes are fine.

Peeking at the records I have no idea why.

 

Edit:
Nisha's boots prevents Colorful Bracelets from rendering. aka: you can equip them but they don't show.

Nude prevents earrings
Music shoes prevents earrings

Returning players looking to give it another go and try the new route again. However i cannot get basically anything to work this time around as i lost my older version of the game and mods list and simple trying to run this with the mods from the creator and his recommended ones(and some hair mods) and only a handful are actually working correctly. 

Unsure if its because of the new updated version of the game and there some from of mod mismatching going on but for example ive tried 4 different installs to try make sure that everything is working correctly and I've not missed something but even things as simple as MCM and XDI are not working at all ?

 

Really frustrating as i know how good this was when i played it last time around.

 

Any help/suggestions are much apricated !

Roll the game back, there are tools on Nexus that will help and even do it for you. Even doing it manually is pretty easy.

I have used this one many times as I make new gaming rigs and like to test out games I own.   Takes about 30 minutes and will also downgrade the Creation Kit if you have it installed.

Update: got almost everything working now but for some reason the one thing I'm noticing that isn't working is that looks menu has no body slides/options to change the appearance ?

Since you have insisted with a series of private messages even though I told you that I don't do that kind of help by private messaging (solutions should be posted in the forum so that others can use them), I will try to help you. 

 

You have run into what seems to be a bug. Can you reload a save before asking Billy and Music about the clues?

 

I want to know what they both told you about the clues. See if that jogs my memory. I need screenshots if necessary, to see read properly over the clues they mention.

 

Sorry, it's been years since I did that quest and I don't remember well.

What do they tell you when you ask them about the clues? What clues have they given you? I need to know what clues they gave you.

Yes it is, take em off.

Your target is next to Mad Mulligans mine. To the left of your last pic, where the roller coaster enters the hillside.

You can use the console command tcl and fly up there instead of walking the coaster track, if you're so inclined.

On Nora's route you must climb the rollercoaster and find Thompson. And at the end of this quest, Thompson gives you the key to the mines (in case you want to go kill something...).

 

In Norita's route you go to the mine to kill the bloodworm queen.

 

The user is playing Nora's route, but I think that due to a linguistic issue he confused rollercoaster with mines. I see he is French, so that's why I sent him a picture of a rollercoaster.

 

I didn't want to tell him directly where Thompson is, I just wanted him to go and find out on his own.
