I am having a problem with the made in heaven quest. When I go to bunker hill they say to meet the man at a table outside who tells me to sit. Once I sit the dialogue will not progress from the “I have been watching you for a while” and the sit marker is still present. Is there a fix to this?

Try standing up and sitting down again. If you are locked in place type "hidemenu dialoguemenu" move a bit away then go back and sit down again.

Yes it is The versions available now is test versions but are fully playable. It will probably be released on LL once we are at NR7.0 Version atm is 6.7.6. And you can go to the patreon link in JB's sig and there will be a link to the MEGA page there were you can get the latest versions.

You are wrong, check the first post of this thread and the NR download page on LL. JB updated them a long time ago, and now version 6.7.6 is not a test version, but an actual version.

The mod is completely free: LL sends you to Patreon, where a link to download the mod is available to you for FREE(without subscription).

The point is that creating such a huge mod is not only time and desire, but also financial cost. For example, to improve the quality of voices, JB uses ElevenLabs, which is a paid service. Therefore, the link to download the mod is posted on Patreon just as a reminder that you can support the author if you wish.

You know what's funny? That this time I decided to put two (TWO) messages at the end of Norita's route so that no one would continue, you know, in case some inattentive person tries to continue. Next time I'll put three and I'll include a script (I swear to GOD I was about to put this script in 6.7) that will directly kick you to the FAllout menu if you exit Golden Globes Studio. But I said to myself "Nah, nobody is going to play beyond this message, I've put two. I don't want to think that there are people who are going to start playing it beyond this message and waste my time with phony bug reports".

Well, also LoversLab has a size limit (250MB I think?) for downloads, so if a mod is larger than that its files have to be hosted somewhere else anyway.

That's right. At one point I planned to update this mod in LL in version 7 but many kept reporting the problem of not being able to find Nisha or the bug that puts a marker in the train station so I decided to upload this version. Needless to say it was worth it. Such reports have not been read for a long time.👀

Speaking of Bugs I think when reporting bugs folks should at least say which path they are on. It gets so confusing trying to help folks lately especially the new folks.

I think users have gotten used to being redirected to Mega due to the mod size limitations on LL.  After all, many mods are downloaded that way.
Questions about paid content arise because of redirection to Patreon. Many users think that if a link leads to Patreon, the content is paid, and do not even try to read what is posted on Patreon.

This observation is valid for those who answer the question as well. For example, an answer might begin with the words: " On Nora's route ...".
That way, at least we won't confuse each other and the users who will read this thread later.

Maybe there needs to be a small group that prescreens potential issues to weed out these issue or a template where you have to put some basic info. Need to keep JB focused on more content.  =D

True but one would assume that if the person is on a quest that is not in the one route yet that said person would be on the correct one for the quest. None of us are mind readers and we assume that at least most folks have read the update notes on which quests are available on which paths.

Hello :)

For the new Norita route.
Does anyone know how to fix Sophie being untalkable to?

(does not occur 100%, I think just on some runs, but when it happens it just stays this way).
Everything else works perfectly/flawlessly, except I can't talk with Sophie, and on each single Sophie interaction, I need to carefully use SetStage to get past it. 

I think there is some edge case on the Bethesda engine when changing some NPCs names, in certain situations, makes them un-talkable to (some of it was appearing in some Skyrim mods too). Could that be happening here, and is there any "hacky" way to fix it?

The trajectory was New game-> Commonwealth Slavers, ( might be relevant: did Milking Human Kindness on a Petwalk), Concluded Commonwealth Slavers  (the early way out when first offered by Gristle, not the true ending this time) then went to NukaWorld via the Norita path  (might have resurrected Duke bot with the console command - not sure if that messed anything up).

Unless the only way to follow up Commonwealth Slavers with NukaWorld is taking a mandatory Nora path, in which case, mea culpa?

Like, I thought my post about the shadow versions of people would be self explanatory as to which route I was on, since I said it happened in Far Harbor.

 

But...  ya never know I guess, after reading some of these posts.    I went back and edited it to make it clear!   😀

That is pretty much what all of us are doing. If you download any versions not officially listed on LL you fall into that group. JB is on the ball when it comes to bug fixing. As he has huge pool of players helping out finding these bugs. But as it is now with the added path we had a huge influx of new players that just install the mod and don't read which quest are available for the specific paths. So there are a lot of false reports on bugs that don't exist.

Others can correct me if I am wrong, but I would guess it is something to do with Commonwealth Slavers.    I don't think Norita is designed to run after CS, due to uh... stuff in those stories.

No worries I was fully aware of which path you were on as I have done the far harbor quests on other versions. my post was in regard to another post

No matter how many descriptions you write, no matter how many pop-ups you make, there will still be people who will ignore everything.
I'm sure if JB makes it so that at the end of NR the game gives 3 popups and then exits to the main menu. There will still be people who will say they have a bug - the game just exits to the main menu.
It's such a funny world we live in.

Yeah should not do any of those on a norita route. It just don't fit story wise and might cause other issues. As for sophie instead of skipping things with with setstage open the console click on her make sure her code shows type disable and then enable. That should fix the problem and you should be able to talk to her again. I sometimes get that problem outside of 7 bar when she sits on the scooter. With setstage if you don't know what you are doing. You might sometimes skip functions that needs to be called and that could mess up things later on.

Disable/Enable was one of the first things I tried, but it does not help here.  
I just spam e all around her hitbox and.... nothing.
Maybe I found an odd edge case and I should just re-start without doing CS at all. Restarting is such a hefty chunk of time,  but I might have to do it anyway. 


Currently, I am careful to make sure just the one specific stage that is blocking me is completed via console, everything else so far behaves correctly, no bugs no glitches, all quite flawlessly with just this one hiccup.
I did stop at the first warning message where the content ended :)
