No. We all continue to stay on 1.10.163. The AAF is not working on NG yet

Read more carefully, I wasn't talking about a new version of the game, I was talking about mods.
Many mods have already been updated, it may not be written on them that they do not support the old version of the game, but it may be so.

But you're forgetting about the dozens of F4SE plugins you have installed that don't have .esp files. And not all F4SE plugins have F4SE version checking.

Does this look good? I see a lot of red symbols and no idea. I see symbols in Russian so I think I have installed it correctly.  I can't test it now btw.

The problem seems to be solved. Now I’ll send you the folder, it contains the solution. It must be installed as a mod. It's big and can be made smaller. I didn’t understand what could be removed from it.

It could be. It's just weird that it only affects Kaiser. That should be a more generalized problem.

Launch the launcher and configure it for your monitor, Sort the plugins in the right column... Click on SORT and LOOT will do everything by itself, Then choose F4SE (skse SHOULD BE IN THE GAME FOLDER) And then you need to select it in the drop-down menu next to the RUN button

Feel free to click on RUN... (F4SE) .

 

 

Although, even your acquaintance with MO 2 will never be able to compare with what you gave me NukaRide

There are mods in the left column, they are now minimized. Click on the icon to the left of the bold letters. In MO2, the connection order can be adjusted not through rules, as in Vortex, but by simply dragging and dropping.

I got home and downloaded your main mod pack + NR mod pack and this is what I noticed:

1) SUP F4SE is missing, but you've already been told that.

2) Fallout 4 High Heels System is missing, or maybe I just missed it.

It looks like you only installed the dll file.
Above I gave you a link, download the full mod and install it, it includes not only the DLL also the script mentioned in your screenshot.

Fallout 4 High Heels System is required for NR as all NR outfits have high heels. So it MUST be part of your NR pack.

I tried versions 10.70, 10.60 and the one you use 9.60. But they all have no effect without adding the archive that vladpol gave. I still wanted to get a simple solution that could be recommended to others... And the origin of this archive is still unclear

I think there is a lot of unnecessary and unrelated stuff in this archive. Could you analyze its contents and highlight the necessary files? Or to understand the reason why there is no Kaiser effect without it?

You don't need the entire archive. Consider which dll ones are included. Find the corresponding mods and install them. Then torment Kaiser one by one until he speaks.
