I use NMM, but i try copy\paste manually and its still not work

When you install for the first time with NMM, you get a message? It's a fomod.

Disable this bashed patch, otherwise the changes you make won't be reflected in the game. I don't recommend bashed patches in Fallout, everything can be fixed with a proper load order.

 

I just loaded your save and Kaiser spoke to me normally. Although these are the mods that I don't have installed in my profile.

Just make sure to select all when building  the bodyslides otherwise you will get more invisible outfits along the way.

You have not yet uninstalled the bashed patch. Do not use it. It is useless. Burn it. This is not Skyrim.

The new versions already come with prebuilt meshes (zero sliders), so the only reason someone has invisible bodies is because the bodyslide file was not installed.

Yes, she has a Bashed Patch, but it's inactive.
In the plugins.txt file, active mods are marked with *, but "Bashed Patch" has no *, so it is not loaded by the game.

I understand nothing.

1. I've disabled ALL mods. I have completely cleared the Overweight folder.

I made a vanilla save near the Drumlin diner. I have 50 caps to pay for the fare (I took it from the console).....

 

2. I am connecting NukaRide and its master files -, AAF (no Themes) + Torture Devices .......(+ F4z Ro D'oh)

 

3. I'm starting the game. I approach Charon. I pay for the fare and go to the Nuka World

 

4. I approach the Kaiser.... The Kaiser is silent.

 

Conclusion: I thought the problem was that I had something superfluous. It turns out that this is not the case.... It turns out that I'm missing something.,
What is included in the minimum required for the Kaiser to start talking?

 

I've tried both options with fractions. - The Kaiser is silent

 

Maybe the problem is in the files that I have? NUKA RIDE 6 7 6 ESP.rar

There have already been several people in this thread who missed and clicked "Download as Zip".

Did you try installing the original version of NR? Maybe it's a problem with the translated version?

I tried on both ESP files. I changed the fractions on both ESPs,,,, Above I gave them. Maybe you will download all my MO2 files and check on the full set of my files... The link is above.

Translations includes not only Nuka Ride.esp, but also translated scripts.
Have you tried downloading the mod from JB's Mega and don't install any translations on it?

It turns out I had accidently updated my fallout to the next gen version while updating mods in general. Thats what I get for doing it so late at night. So yes captive tattoo's will not work on the next gen version. Thanks everyone for the help.

Select the silent NPC in the  console mode and type:

 

CF "actor.SetOverrideVoiceType" None

 

enter and leave console mode, speak again with em...

(should "normally" work on every silent npc)

Not even sure what happened but on the quest "fly me to the moon" I get on the vertibird from the start and it goes into the air, circles around, and it comes back and land. After that i'm pretty much stuck and can't progress the quest or go to the oil rig or far harbor. Could I get the setstage level to just finish the quest?
