@JB. I might have ran across this, or something like it again last night,  but on the Lyons, dog walker quest.   I knew it had been reported, but wasn't sure if it was reported also on the dog walker quest in addition to fizztop chores.

 

I was playing Nora,  Dog Walker, and when I got to the part where you cook the sandwich,  it hung because the overboss supplies you get from Shelby did not seem to provide enough meat to get you by the cooking stage, or it may be just not progressing for sandwich reason.  I played several times and tried different choices, and every time it would let me cook the meal of nukalurk roast (or something) , but then the quest marker stayed on the stove showing 1/2 meat and the boss just sits at the bar waiting a sandwich.     I used setstage to serve the meal to get by it, and it seemed to go ok after that.

 For some reason, during the quest where you meet Maxon for the first time, my game CTDs when the scene with the collar starts, from the logs and testing i understood that it's due to the Nuka World Patch, but why? Do note that i have installed the patch during the playthrough but i did not visit Nuka World yet at that time, could it be the reason?

The log points to AAF, when AAF sends a custom event (that always happens at the start of an AAF scene)

 

But I don't know the cause.🤔

Was on Special Girls,  and Gage kept referring to an outfit he gave my Nora, I think at the tattoo part.   However, nothing new is in her inventory.

 

I went ahead and finished the quest just using the overboss outfit, since it seemed skimpy enough.    But at the end he gave her a purse labeled Gage's purse, I think, that did actually show up.

 

Is there a console command I can put in and get what he was supposed to give?  

 

 

and btw, during that quest, gonna be vague so as not to spoiler it for any readers that  haven't got there, but LOVED the part about the reason the other raiders are mad at the OB's raiders.   priceless, and love how you  continue to tie things together!   about spit my coffee out laughing when I read that!

Did you update recently ? As changes were made to that quest in the new version.

Hi folks, any updates on this? I'm getting this crash at this stage too. As soon as AAF starts on the suffocation collar with Maxon it crashes.

 

I haven't played Nuka Ride (young dweller arc) since it's first release (when you had to find it under JB's profile as it wasn't officially announced/posted yet) and like what you've done with it. So far its been pretty smooth and haven't had to open the console to push through once. But as soon as we get to the old content the mod starts falling apart at the seams.

Maybe the game is looking for the specific furniture that was disabled by the patch since i do not get CTD when i launch the save without it.

Ok I have the Nuka mods in this order as 

Nuka Ride.esp
Nuka Ride World Patch.esp
Nuka Ride CWSS WORLD Patch.esp

Nuka Ride BYOP WORLD Patch.esp and they are last in my load order bar Zex 

All is fine with the mod until My character try's to dance or use the pole in the film studio, what happens is they go onto stage or pole and for a few seconds its ok

then I see the front  door open as if my character is leaving the building, and then I have left the cell

But I'm not like outside and its Nuka town I have left the cell and in no mans land 

but even though I'm not inside the scene according to AAF is running when it stops then i come back from no mans land and I'm right next to door outside

I go in and get paid for dance or pole dance but I'm not sure if its counting towards points etc 

Any ideas would be great

I've noticed that there is no voice when talking to certain NPCs (such as the Brotherhood of Steel or the radier) during the Beer Gift Quest, is this normal?

Second, I've personally only seen that behavior at Libertalia when AAF tries to run the PC through the Captains Cabin to get to a bed below, which generally requires a coc to get back into the game world.
What version of the game are you using? Pre or Post Next Gen.

If the NG version, that's your issue and you need to roll back to the more stable version, including any NG updated mods.

Other than that, I really have no clue why AAF bugs out like that.

On a side note, If you have your Pip-Boy light on you can watch your PC travel when AAF starts, which should be next to the doppelganger.

 Hi my character thanks you  she was getting tired of going from the apartment to the seven club for a shower 

I removed BYOP and the patch and all's working as it should not only the shower but the club before it had double doors on the inside now its back to just having one as should be

and character can do both dances now thanks, I would not of caught that conflict.

 

Talking about the club am I supposed to be able to buy stuffs from Katelyn as she some times says I found loads of stuffs but the is no text etc to buy from her?

I know we are all different

 For me I love the None Nora story line, the hidden depths of the characters the music , for example the music when she goes to Audition with Mason and she's walking from outside Nuka would gates to wards the den it just works lol not quoting you know who 

 

I find the constant berating by just about every one in the Nora route gets to me,

Yes its a excepted norm for the overboss that's what she signed up for gage I wanted to put a bullet between his eyes, but all the time by all the gangs and she's the over bosses bitch, i thought they would have more respect

 

And I get very protective of my Character after to many hours to count playing the same one, call me stupid its just the way it is

JB, the quality of this mod never ceases to amaze me.  Your story telling and the tie in to the animations (I believe thanks to Axary) is supurb.  You have now passed Illama as my favorite mod author!

I do have one question for my own clarification.  During the final sweeping scene of "Raised on Sunshine and Good Vibes" the dream sequence poises a question on the type of guy (or not a guy) Norita would like.  Does that answer impact (or could it in the future) the story line?  Just curious.

No it is not normal.

 

purple with no texture means you haven't got whatever mod provides those textures installed, or in the right order, I think.

 

I did not realize that I had missed one of the fingernail mods until my girl's nails showed up that color.

According from what I see in the CK (I can't test it) when Gage sends you to get his machine gun, the mod does one of two things: 

 

If you have High Heel Training, it will put Gage's outift, Gage's heels and Spiked Collar in your inventory. The mod doesn't equip them to avoid a bug with High Heel Training. 

If you don't have it installed, it will equip it to your character automatically. 

 

You can use ESP Explorer if you haven't obtained them. The quest, when finished, is put in STOP mode, it would not be convenient to write a console command and start it again.

Thanks 💓 No, it's just for roleplay. Some answers raise your submission and others raise your rebelliousness (from Sex Attributes).

Look again at the hard requirements, you are missing easy girl and TRS.

Thanks. Just remember that in this new version the gunners and Gage respect Nora more if she is the Overboss's bitch. 

 

Previously it wasn't possible because I didn't know how to do branching / use globals. Basically, it was a limitation of my knowledge with the Creation Kit, so almost the entire beginning of Nora's route is very linear.

Doing voices of randoms NPCs (and not unique actors) is much more complicated, so I don't usually do them except when I have mmuuuuuuch free time.

Hmm. You're telling me you're playing the young vault dweller route and you're already playing Maxson's part? As I put in the warning, you should not continue playing that route until I start working it.

I do have the High Heel Training installed.    Mainly just for the No Running in Heels part, which makes great immersion.

 

It does just put things in inventory each time, instead of equipping them.   But in this case, it didn't put Gage's anything in, until the end, when it put the purse in.  I wonder if it had something to do with sitting in the chair at Nuka Cade for the tattoo part at the same time it was trying to equip/give them?

 

I am not familiar at all with ESP Explorer.    Could I go back to my save and replay the quest, and add them (via console) at that moment when he gives them to you?   Or would it be more prudent just to not worry about it?
