Oh one thing I did notice, again not a big deal, was if after you gain the 100 points for this and that (one progresses the quests  and that leader lady moves from the herb-oologist camp to the film studio its no possible to do (complete) another farm quest helping around the farm as there's no one at the camp to hand in the farm produce too.  (not that you need to do it again I was just enjoying that bit so thought Id continue them now and again.) 😀

 

My only other minor issue, I had to do a console commend to skip/finish one quest, as I could not find anything to the the "enema" thing the toilet in the building had a button on it so to speak and my character did something like a clean the floor animation) however it made no difference and the Overboss kept telling my toon to go and ... tried it several times so not sure what's wrong their, maybe I missed installing a mod or something?

Ratty Skirt? That means you don't have the Maid Outfit installed. As I wrote, the maid outfit is a very important soft. It is the one that has the miniskirt. 

 

You should have gotten a message “You do NOT have Maid Outfit installed. Proceeding to use a vanilla outfit". 

 

Hey, I completely forgot about the farm quest (post-audition). It's easy to fix it. I'll have Dara go back to the hubologist camp as long as the farm work quest is running.

 

Can you send me a picture of the enema you say? is that there are three and I would like to have it identified

I'm looking at the script and you're right. This is what happens if your character is a virgin: 

 

Anal training less than 100 = fingering.
Anal training at 100 = anal sex

 

(but I put vaginal by mistake). 

 

 

If for roleplaying reasons you prefer to redo the scene, write this so the mod won't use that animation until I fix it.

 

Set  _NR_Stats_Anal to 99

I really appreciate the concern 💓 but I do it because it entertains me and also because I have the Creation Kit open hehe. I do had days when I preferred to withdrew, like when the newbies came during the Fallout tv series and started asking me things like how to jump, or when I notice that another user just comes to try to make drama.

 

While I'm not a programmer, I find programming (at least on a recreational level) an enriching activity. It's as if a part of my brain that I've never used has awakened. I love writing, but I noticed that programming, using other types of logics (recreationally), is also enjoyable for me. They are very different arts and you can't imagine how I love to blend them together.

But in this particular case, that can't be. This armor uses a body slot, which means that body mesh is part of it and is contained in its ***.nif file.

Upon further investigation when I equip Harlowe's Armor it only switches with the heels i'm wearing, it never switches my outfit. I'm not sure the body slot is being applied.

In CBBE, Corsican's outfit also doesn't match my bodyslide.

Hey there. Loving this mod so much. First run was all of last week with v6.4 and now I'm doing the "Norita" path on v6.7.5. I've resolved the situation with Ryder but something weird has happened: both Monique and Sophie have changed in appearance, Sophie more so (she's now Black and has the short curly hairstyle that vanilla Abigail Finch has, which clips through the long, blonde wig) -- and Sophie is also now called Kali though I continue to refer to her as Sophie. All other NPCs that I've encountered so far appear to be unchanged. Any thoughts? I went back a few pages in the comments but could not find anything about this. Forgive me if I just didn't go back far enough.

 

EDIT: Come to think of it, Sophie's appearance and display name had changed by the time of the kidnapping scene right before the castle roof confrontation with Ryder. If that matters.

 

EDIT 2: Occurred to me to add a screenshot. I'd been struggling to take these since I changed my keyboard a while ago but finally figured it out.

It has not happened to anyone. It just occurs to me that you have a mod that has higher priority than mine and restores Sophie to her original appearance. 

 

The original girl is black and her name is Kali, but I already have a character named Kali and that's why I changed it. 

 

You are the first to report this. I really can't think of anything else why it could have happened to you. 🤔

Thanks. I considered load order (because of course) but wanted to just describe the issue first. Most of what's after NR in my LO is PRP and M8r's self-generated Complex Sorter stuff, with a few other things that seem extremely unlikely culprits. But I'm now realizing that I'd moved "Hot Mama NPCs Nuka World" below NR when it became clear that those changes weren't in effect (though I recall they worked fine with NR v6.4), and it seems likely that I hadn't been in touch with either Sophie or Monique between doing that and reaching the scenes with Ryder in Kiddie Kingdom. I will revert that and report back.

 

UPDATE: Yup, that was it. I hadn't mentioned that the two of them had also lost their voices, but that's also now resolved. Well, I really like the Hot Mamas stuff, and not only because what it does fits the aesthetic of your mod, so now I guess I will look at making a patch. Thanks for the quick reply.

 

Actually, shit, you know what? I didn't even realize that Brett, Monique and Kali are part of the original DLC. I have thousands of hours playing this game and plainly I have spent almost no time at their place. LOL

Also trash PRP and put NR last in your load order, followed by it's patches and you'll have a lot better experience.

Thanks for that. I am also using the Hot Mamas Gage as Vaas patch; he's the only gender swap I can think of but I wouldn't be surprised if there are more.

 

I was also probably eventually going to ask if the PRP patch that came with NR v6.4 might be slated for an update because I am still using it and while everything has been fine in Nuka Town, Kiddie Kingdom has been a pre-culling nightmare. No crashes or anything, and everything does load as I proceed throughout the zone, but it's definitely annoying.

 

I am hoping to eventually make it so that once NR's questing is complete I will then proceed to go back to the Commonwealth and do all of that stuff. I simply started over after completing v6.4 but that remains my objective. Clearly I won't be putting the Thuggyverse (well. maybe I'd give it a try after a Nora run of NR) or the Fens Sheriff's Dept (just no, as much as I also love it) into the mix, but I would greatly like to bring Ivy into this new spin on the old story, and she shouldn't be taken to Nuka World until her quest to do that is triggered (and even though I could also not use "Ivy Goes to Nuka World," who wants to live that life? LOL). Regardless, it's early days for me with NR, so I guess we'll see. In any event, if there's a non-vanilla companion+quest that would fit with NR, it's Ivy.

 

EDIT: Point of raising all of that is I am a tad reluctant to remove PRP from my Commonwealth experience. But no guts no glory.

it looks like a great mod and all but I can't even load my save with the mod enabled with the start me up patch included

 

please help me so I can try the alternative path aka young vault dweller path

 

I get to the main menu then load menu before crashing

I actually started my game with Start Me Up and didn't load Nuka Ride into it until after three hours of play, which I used to establish some general/baseline things for my character. Frankly it seems a tiny bit more immersive that Duke wouldn't be waiting for you outside the vault the second you emerge. I just used the "I had just stepped into a pod in a vault" option or whatever it says, which allows you to be a pre-war vault dweller but not the mother of Shaun. That seems to be cutting it just fine so far. I'm not sure what the differences are with NR's Start Me Up patch.

Please post your crash log. You have an issue but have not given much information for users here to help you figure this out.

Sorry about that! But it makes no difference what mo you use it's always at,

\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\F4SE and starts with crash-2024.........log

Yeah, I could see Ivy being porn star. But actually, I'd like to see Piper, Cait & Curie be requited as porn actresses. Would be nice to have them along for "training" to take some of the loads.

Yes, well, I have your patch installed this time around, too, and at one point I moved it below the old NR PRP patch to see if that helped in Kiddie Kingdom and all it did was make everything else worse. I actually only started using PRP a few months ago when I started getting a persistent crash whose solution was supposedly PRP. Wasn't even aware of it prior to that, though I have long known about previz and precombines.

 

Hmm. This is all sounding like I should start over again. Current game is only about 15 hours old . . .

You need Buffout 4 to generate crash logs, no?

I have a problem with the MOD, on Norita's path, the first time I go with Sophie to Nuka Town, to go to the café, the NPC that should be there is not there, in fact, she is dead at the entrance of Nuka Town, and no matter how much I revive her and bring her to the café, I can't continue with the quest... I have already uninstalled all the MODS, and installed only the ones that Nuka Ride requires, but it keeps happening.

Thanks. I know Buffout 4 very well. I'm the kind of player who routinely runs north of 600 mods, so it's been a godsend. But I mentioned it because it seemed highly likely that @bradster511 wasn't familiar with it. (I've also had Saya Scarlett's setup guide bookmarked for ages. 🫡)

This same thing was reported to me by someone last year, but while he didn't get to tell me what mod was causing poor Katelyn to die, he did tell me that he decided to start a new save “and remove some unnecessary mods”, this allowed the mod to develop normally. 

 

Sorry I can't be more specific. 

 

Note that my mod marks Katelyn as protected (only the player can kill her). So you most likely started playing Nuka Ride with an advanced save?


My suggestion is to start a new save and try again.

That was the first thing that came to mind, so I started from scratch, but the problem continues. The only mods I have that are not required by NR are clothing, weapons, and blood mods. I guess I'll try uninstalling those to see what happens.
