Everything points to my Nora (I'm referring to the vanilla Nora I use) + CBBE + vanilla hair.

 

Since two others confirmed they were able to fix it with the update, I suspect something is wrong with your load order.

 

Here are my suspicions

DiscreteFemaleSkeleton - Out, use Zex Skeleton.

Unless you're using it, I would remove 2B Replacer just in case, and Female Head rear fix. VanillaBasedHair.esp could be another problem.

 

If it continues to crash, you will have to remove mods yourself and test.

thta is my issue then as i did win CS.

 

NR 6.95k would let you do Norita if you had won CS but never installed NR.

now it blocks it either way ... which is not a bad thing.just means i will roll nack to pre NR and finish making my 

blueprints for settlements, then play NR on a new game.

I ran into my first problem....I am doing the Abernathy Lucy quest.....Mr Abernathy and the Overboss go to hunt down the raiders and the girls go to save them....as soon as I put on the Power Armor bombs start going off outside and sometimes the girls turn hostile to me.....I reloaded and tried again and it worked out ok that time....so I go into the cave and kill everybody and as soon as I open the door Mr Abernathy start shooting at me....well...everybody starts shooting at me.....is there a console command to change to non hostile?

You could probably just feed it into AI and ask it to do a spelling / grammar check.

More than likely a mod in your list is changing factions back to default,I would suspect this mod aligns factions

Maybe, but a lot of the grammar and spelling errors are stuff that i presume is put in to make it more raider like. If its roughly the same throughout the total grammar/spelling mistakes a checker considers in the text is likely to be 8-10k. That is to much for me to look at and i doubt JB wants a list that long either, so im just going to stick with a quick scan.

I don't have any Mods other than the ones that NR calls for......I think I figured it out.  What I thought were bombs going off outside were the vehicles just outside where the power armor is.....a ghule came out from underneath one of the tankers....I shot him and I think I started a fire....went inside the shop and I killed the ghule inside.....got in the power armor and then the tanker blew and one of the girls got injured....they both turned hostile towards me after that.....then when I went into the cave.....I just started killing bulldog.....and that somehow turned Abernathy hostile when I opened the door he was behind....so I did the whole thing over....I talked to bulldog first....then killed him later.....
