Looksmenu itself works fine. Not sure what you did for the  hair dye change (it was mentioned IIRC) but that didn't worked with the non-Looksmenu option.
(Or I'm missing a mod again)

It won't work on NG because this dll doesn't work "IneedThatFunction" and that's what changes hair colour so just change it in Looksmenu if you want different hair colour

I don't know what Peach's speciality is

It works on all of them, OG, NG, and AE.  Most of the dependencies are updated for AE, there are some optional/recommends that are not available for NG/OG (the face parts and voice frequency), and if you use OCBP then there is a version for AE in the OCBP thread (and the caveat there with OCBP is the game crashes at character creation, so you have to create your character without OCBP enabled and enable it after).  Apparently there is still threat of another AE update, so it's good for 1.11.191.0 runtime for now.

 

I have updated versions of IneedThatFunction.dll (one for NG and one for AE) that comes with the NR mod, but that only affects changes of the hair color which the mod offers you to do manually.  OG is still the best experience, IMO.

 

BTW, I have played Norita route on AE through OB & Kali's makeover (breasts, butt, hair color [using my DLLs], etc).  No issues with LooksMenu.

The NR swimsuit is the first NR item that shows up in my inventory but when I wear it I'm still naked.

Also Amber has a invisible torso so some mod must be missing.

Whoa.... because my Nora rarely has anything on her when in NR (clothes are light, only keeps a small sidearm (Glock 19) and 24 bullets (three clips)) I never run into a weight limit situation.   I never knew the purse was actually useful for more than a fashion accessory.

And with several of us having a large set of mods, once I get to a relatively stable load out, I don't want to touch it.    I still have to find that tool that tells me what conflicts I have as I added a few radio mods and now crash every few hours or so.    I turned off LOOT, so...... I suspect it is a load order issue, not related to NR.

Sup JB, I ran into a problem where some objects and clothes added by this mod are untextured/pink. The Mason heels are a good example and I also installed Easy girl and TRS outfits.

Yeah some of the optionals are requirements, probably unintentionally.  I can imagine it's hard to keep track of it as the mod grows larger.  The swimsuit may be Nezzar's, but there are at least three or four swimsuits used in the mod, and I know a few are from Nezzar's.  I would just include all of the clothing & accessory mods on page 1, they rarely conflict with anything.  I would say most of the required/recommended mods (other than Izzy's patch) are probably fairly safe as they add assets and new forms and modify very few forms.

Your missing EasyGirl, the base of the pink heels textures/materials are from EasyGirl but the top is from NukaRide.  Make sure you install "5.01" MAIN FILE, and if you install "B" or "5.02" they must be merged not replaced (you shouldn't need B or 5.02 for NR, but if you want to use it outside of NR then you install 5.01 main file, merge patch 5.01B, merge patch 5.02).

I can't remember the name of the mission but it's when you have to go to Good Neighbour to get the tattooist. On the way back, the guy stops at a mechanics and attaches a bimbo collar to the PC. That scene was so good. I wish there was more stuff at that mechanics shop. Will the bimbo collar be used again in this mod? The dialogue is so funny.

In my Norita run it was destroyed right after the return to Nuka World.
