Your problem is most likely the follower mod. Now I am no mod maker or whatever but I think since all normal followers are fixed they work fine. The sister however changes appearance to what your character looks like. So if you change your appearance the sister will take on that appearance too. Also I am sure JB have some scripts link to her too making follower mods go haywire. Now all my thoughts here are pure speculation so take it with a grain of salt.

@Aceforwin I can confirm that,I have AFT and and tried a few others and it breaks the vanilla companions when used with NR

I am not Sure why , I'm running the same load order i did not he NG version of the game the only thing now is I'm running OG ver, 163. and I have Ivy loaded, and Scrap everything (Which is disabled to test. In addition I have a bunch of AAF mods loaded but most disabled in MCC while i play Nuka Ride. Can someone please help me I'm rather stupid when it comes to load orders and conflicts.

You using Vortex? Sometimes even if you disabled the the mods the files still remains in the data folder so it's best to uninstall it

That's my guess, that and scrap everything load order even disable should be placed in front of NR?

Well, another mod is putting those things back. PRP or that corpse mod, or the candle mod, are usually the likely culprits. The load order doesn't matter so much here. You have to uninstall them.

Elevenlabs released videos with AI too, but I don't like it at all, and on top of that, they use a lot of credits. I prefer Grok and it's free. 

I may be in the minority who prefer Nora route (to CS and Norita) but that is because I still like playing Vanilla fallout and Alternate starts don't work for my play through.   As for further updates, I would like some sort of "end" scene with Nora either seeing her star fade as a new girl comes in and replaces her, forcing her to look for a permanent place (back to vanilla game), her opting to take over Golden Globe studios in true Raider fashion (Corsican is retired, one way or another), or have Gristle and company raid NW, kidnapping Nora and starting CS that way (though I wouldn't opt for that route) and, with the way I played CS, Nora kills all the CS shitheads (80s era Avenging Angel style), returns to NW to rebuild.  That is one advantage that CS has over NR, there is an ending, while NR......not so much.

i'm sure this is the better follower mods that break things, its just inconvenient to have all the follower call my pc sis and when they do that i can't command them anymore and i have to dismiss and recruit them again, don't know why

Yes prefer the Nora route too, and the one where she is rebellious. So an ending would be cool. no need for elaborated script or story, just make her free of keywords that tie her to NR (although perhaps a console cheat is possible in case I would like to know it)

Actually, I like the fact that she has to deal with fans coming up to her and harassing her, sort of like an immersive way to use the mod "Sexual harassment".  However, I woudl like SH to have some positive interactions (in addition to the negative ones) like "Oh wait...you....you are Mrs White!!...No no, I can't think of charging you for ammo/food/weapon/rent etc."

Thank you for the reply, I appreciate, it, Yea it probably is Scrap-all, but no matter what i do i cant seem to get it to change so I will probably start a new game, (not a problem since your mod is FUCKING GREAT) ...

I'm asking the only other change I have is Companion Ivy, can that mod and the ivy)_Nuka Patch or expansion i don't know.. (I have not played it, is my first time playing with Ivy)

Found the Culprits, 

This is my experience And I do not verify that will have the same experience as I, So the incompatibility is Scrap Everything. No matter where it is on the Load order. Clean my settlement redux, I had the exact same problems. The only settlement cleaning mod that seems to play nice is spring cleaning (initial observations)

It's a symptom not the cause.

SE doesn't touch anything in Nuka World but the Red Rocket settlement. It's like saying the 50 BMG on my wall effects the weather at the south pole. LOL

 

The only thing SE will effect globally is IF you have used the bUseCombinedObjects=0 ini edit. Which is actually very unwise and is also the biggest issue for most people.

 

The easiest way to find the cause is to load all your mods in xEdit and then search for NukaWorldNukaTownUSA03. The last record to the right is the last mod to edit that cell.

I was inspired to play Norita's journey again.

 

I'm playing on Survival difficulty (lower difficulty is boring) and have gotten used to saving only while smoking. I really miss cigarettes; I only found my first pack at Bar Seven. It would be really cool if Norita's smoking habit could be somehow incorporated into the story.

 

I also installed the "High Heel Training" mod for the first time. It added a touch of humor to the gameplay. It looks very natural and funny when Norita is cleaning the apartment and falls down the steps in front of Kellogg. It's a shame he doesn't react to it.

I use the same mod for that same reason but I tweaked it so there's no addiction because the almost instant addiction was pissing me off,she celebrates a quest completion with a cigar lol

Did you look in the folder where it's pointing to and made sure you have the file? ,might be corrupt

You need to run BodySlide again, and make sure you check the Build Morphs checkbox in the bottom left.  The trishape maps are generated for morphs.
