Thing is that it used to work, on second New Game it broke, and I remember NaDe being like this even in 2019...

I have enabled them everywhere yes.

 

Edit: I installed Elin as a base race and enable creature-on-creature with slac and it works for now.

Let's hope it keeps working, not sure Nymra tested this with a custom race, it's yet another variable. If it breaks again, could you switch race in racemenu please (yes that will mess up your stats, don't save or if you do make sure you return to a save before you did) and check if that makes a difference?
