The PAHE and Dear Diary stuff comes to mind, as does Invisible Actors.
As far as Defeat mods go, the venerable "Defeat" (or the Baka version of it) allows you (or your followers) to be the aggressor. As does Acheron + Yamete Kudesai.

Potential whipping bug fix (1.6.640):  When strapped to furniture and being whipped, my PC would react to the whipping strikes and move violently.  Pretty immersive looking.  Precision mod on Nexus creates the impact collision strikes on the player I think.  Many times my PC would be knocked loose during the whipping before trying to wiggle free.  Hands and feet were in the wrong place, body slumped, etc.  Once you break free, crawling animations were terrible, collision problems with the ground, and  when standing up, legs and arms did not work correctly.  Only fix was to save and reload or go through a SexLab scene post escape (worked sometimes).  Actually hoped for a 2nd round of sex with the bad people which fixed it but then more whipping sometimes.  I began using the following mod while still strapped in the furniture.  https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/86845

 

This is designed to reset clothing collision with the body and works for the flyaway hair issue as well.  I select this right before I am "wiggling free" to escape and it resets the collision.  Doesn't really look good on the furniture and may remove you but as I am on the last wiggle, I accept it.   The collision reset didn't work if I did it after begin released from furniture.  Just hit the Clean up Physics mods hotkey when it says to wiggle one more time, then use the ND hotkey to escape and done.  Read the posts section by section and did not find a fix for this so hope this helps someone.  Has saved me from reloading after whipping most every time.

Are you using Poise? This sounds like the stagger effect it applies.

sorry, no. There are also no plans to ever add "Player vs. NPC" with Player as the aggressor to this mod. I would really love to actually, but handling NPCs in skyrim is just not worth the trouble.

I was looking for a reliable alternative to Defeat, installed ND to test it out and it looked very promising. Responsive, no soft locks, no major hiccups, does exactly what it's supposed to, once its done its done, shuts down without any issues and allows to go on.

hmm, strange. I dont think DDs should be removed at the moment.

They are a very touchy subject atm and I still had not time to start working on them again (Im still on DD 4.X ...) 

Customization and compatibility is planned tho, so Naked Defeat will be compatible with your issue sooner or later. 
Sadly, the issue lies primarily with DD mods which are not very compatbile with pretty much anything else. 
The option you ask for will never be added in the MCM, but I plan for a json based "pro" customization "at own risk" since it will lead to stuff looking awkward.
For example if you disable ZAP items my scenarios will not make sense (yoke and cuffs and armbinders will not appear, but the poses will play). Your character will sound gagged but have no gag etc. 
In general I prefer a "immersive" solution, so say... would it help if DD items that are unequipped at the START of Naked Defeat would be auto re-equipped AFTER Naked Defeat?

sorry, this somehow seems to persist :(
you can try pressing "K" when outside of combat (hair change hotkey), it has some debugs that are running when its pressed.

If I change Calm enemies & Defeat to 'default' (1000) my character unfreezes, enemies become hostile, etc.

But it happens every time (different encouters and races) and it never triggers any of the Aftermath options.

 

I can attach a log if needed, just wondering if anyone else has had this and solved it?

I think this was a rare bug that could in fact happen from Naked Defeat.

Basically there was some issue with the ND quest getting stuck.
I THINK i fixed it in the past, but not 100% sure. 
A log could help if its not trouble.

In this case you can either reload an earlier save or make a clean save reinstall of Naked Defeat. The issue is not solveable via the MCM.

Seems like this mod author just does not know that the Bathing in Skyrim in loverslab is more advanced (I think monomans version is also working quite well). 
The Nexus mod is SE only I cannot playtest it.

NOTE:
Bathing in Skyrim is only required to remove the dirt from the character. The animations are all integrated into Naked Defeat, also additional functionality for combat interuptions, golden showers etc. I will also add bound bathing antimations for yoke, cuffs and armbinders.
So when using this new mod, at least considering using it with Naked Defeat, you will most likely not win anything.

NOTE2:
In theory, when the mod author cared for backwards compatibility, the BIS renewed should work identical to the old version.

Basically you can try with using naked defeats bathing function (Shift+K) and see if that removes the dirt and tattoos still. 

I communicate with BiS via ModEvents.
If it does NOT work you might want to point out to the mod author on Nexus that the Bathing in Skyrim Patches of Monoman exist on Loverslab and ask him to integrate the mod events for 100% backwards compatibility.

have not encountered this bug yet. 
might also already be "fixed" accidently since I rewrote part of that script. So maybe just test the next update and see it it persists

Check if you still get robbed 100% of the time if the attackers are not bandits. If yes, there is a problem. If no, working as intended.

I will shift all those "hidden" modifiers to the NymBeta so ppl can turn that off and have a more reliable experience.
I wanted to add alot of hidden modifieres to increase immersion, but ofc that is a subjective thing everybody experiences differently.
So.... next updates even bandits rob only 20% chances when "NymBeta" is OFF [  ] 
Also made robbery more reliable to not lose your stuff when the actor despawns :D

my fault. I added an internal script that basically set the radius to 5000 when lower than that.... this was because lot of ppl had issues getting raped indoors somehow. 
I will change it for the next version and see... should fix your issue, since 1000 is basically enough to catch the two actors I think. If not, report again after next update please.

But I also finally found an very old consistent bug that bugged me with my game (not from Naked Defeat) and so I finally have fun playing Skyrim again....

Root of the problem is, it is not actually a 'proper' DD. You can take off this collar freely, it just comes with a steep price.
It's one of those mods that behave like they are alone in the world. It's a pretty interesting and worthwhile one, but it's the authors way or no way in many regards. No DHLP events used or respected and does many things in non standard ways. You can also mess up your character pretty bad using that mod, in fact you most likely will mess him up at least to a degree, in a way likely the vision of the author. Everything comes at a cost and often the cost is not worth it, better be careful.

"Kind of" 
It is meant to replace the "NPC rape player" part of Sexlab Defeat, but not only replace it but vastly enhance it.
You can use both mods alongside each other, just use only "Player rapes NPC" and "NPC rapes NPC" in Sexlab Defeat and you have the best of both worlds.

Yeah I have that set to 0, unfortunately it doesn't work. I guess I'll check for Bathing in Skyrim, if I want to add that. 

 

Set "Disable Hidden Values" [x] in the MCM.

If the problem persists after the next update, please come back here with a papyrus.log

 

the orange messages are for debugging and to show players what happens "behind the scenes" so they can adjust their settings.

The red messages are meant as the narration and to keep track of things.

Ah, so you are one of those modders that actually play the game instead of just writing mods and at best doing some in game testing. That explains a lot. ^^

It depends on one other in my case. If I dont play, I dont mod. The ideas for the mod, its enhancement and new features are also almost always ideas that I have while playing.

sadly, Babo never answers me when I ask for compatibility patches. So there is nothing I can do from my side.
BaboDialogue has to disable Naked Defeat when it starts and reenable it when its done.

I will add a debug wheel in the future that will allow you to fast toggle defeat in such cases, but it will not be very reliable since most ingame actions are too fast for such a thing I m afraid.
In that case I will work for an "CTRL + +SHIFT + ALT + K" Option to reliably END Naked Defeat in every possible step of its quest. But that is alot more work than I thought, sadly :(
But that would allow you to tell ND to back off when other mods do not. Also no perfect solution but.... well... its skyrim.

you need the Bathing in Skyrim mod to have this feature enabled. It is not in your modlist.
ND checks for that mod and if its not found it will not use the golden shower.

I will change that requirement maybe, even when it breaks immersion. (the golden shower is meant to "clean the dirt") off your character.

do you crash reliably 100% of times at the same point when surrendering?
Because CTDs are just normal in skyrim, they will always happen. But they are only a problem if they happen often or ALWAYS when X happens. If that is not the case, there is nothing to do for me here :)

I want to add an option to reduce the message count to the most important (the red messages). Ofc you can just disabled them completely in the MCM (or at least it should :D)

I also want to add special noises when an item is removed, the messages were primarily for ppl to see that Naked Defeat "does that"
