Assuming you're not just a techno-phobe free loader using a computer and are using a console that only can get mods through Bethnet.... we cannot. Bethsoft would take it off. Plus, any single mod would require at least half a dozen other mods that may or may not be available on Bethnet for a variety of other reasons.

 

So it is less a "will not" and more of "can not".

 

If you are using a computer, you either already have what is needed and should just get Psalam's mod, or need a lot more than "just one mod" ported someplace for you.
