I wouldn't say that. The creator posted this on the xentax forums on the 28th of August. 

 

"oasisstrings.rml and other files from Legion can be converted using the newest version of Gibbed's Disrupt tools.
I'm afraid I can't give an ETA for updates of PackLegion or ManageLegion. I'll probably get around to it soon-ish."

I've tried to make the mod work with ManageLegion, but ended up with a corrputed patch .fat and .dat. Still waiting for the creator to make PackLegion usable again. Unless someone can make the mod work with the newer ManageLegion

ManageLegion works fine. set it up and paste this zip to the folder that you set up for mods.
