Set everything to 100 and I do get messages that my character got bound, and frome the dialogues with the driver the game acts like my character got bound yet no devices got equiped, anynore run into the same problem? In papyrus log I keep getting "Error: Unable to bind script PBDC_EquipScript to PBDC_CarriageQuest (840012C4) because their base types do not match" yet this is my new playtrought
lastbytescout Posted March 11, 2021 Author Posted March 11, 2021 I guess reinstalling LE & CK is needed. This is not the first thing that got broken after compiling over the last days, luckily the weekend is just around the corner. So, for the moment, stick with 0.3.0 or 0.2.5 please.

Since i have install too many mods i cannot confirm this is caused by DC or not but i will try to get you a papyrus log if i figgure out how to do so :))
Xiaron Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Looks like 3.1 might break with the BFT patch as well. Carriages go nowhere after paying. Any chance you could add 'alternate' methods of payment for a carriage ride? Seems like a feature that might fit in this mod. 4

lastbytescout Posted March 12, 2021 Author Posted March 12, 2021 Yeah, latest version got broken by MO randomly putting stuff to the Overwrite folder, so scripts in the release were mismatched. That should be sorted by now, but needs testing to confirm nothing else got some unwanted features now. If all works, 0.3.1a will come tomorrow, without DD4 fallback though. That's a lot of devices to be edited and thus a lot of potential problems to get added. Will be done, but not for next one. 1
Shadox Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 I've tried this mod in SE, doesn't seem to have any issue so far (no CTD, events are fired just fine), the only NIFs are facegen and are perfectly ok, same for textures, i mean unless someone has a specific issue on SE but this could just be flagged "SE compatible" imo, and if you're looking for CFTO compatibility out of the box, i have to promote my own very little mod for paid travels, which basically merges those 3 mods mechanics 3
badbat111 Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 the slider bars for devices doesnt work i put tavern wech and pink pumps to 100% and others to 0 the tavern and pink pumps never triggere but others that was set to 0 did trigger maybe the scripts are messed up ?

I think I have the same issue. It did work twice, from Whiterun to Ivarstead and back, but now when I try to use a carriage, my PC enters the carriage, the payment succeeds, the screen fades to black, back to normal, and my PC is just sitting in the back of the carriage. I might have toyed around with the MCM settings of DC, so maybe there's a clue in that. A question, maybe related, maybe not; Do the percentages per scenario have to add up to 100? Do the simple, complex and slavery have to add up to 100 as well?

I didn't realise that you had released the update until I had a look through the main file page and saw it had been issued. LL's notification system is a strange beast and sometimes file update notices just don't appear. There's certainly nothing in my notifications. So any apparent lack of feedback may be a sign that others don't know either, rather than a lack of appreciation and interest! So thanks again for your carrying on working on this

Normal devices work as intended, my character gets bound, but when I put full outfits to 100 and just leave every possible outfit at 50, to see if something gonna get equiped, nothing happens, I just get a message that the character got bound but no devices are equiped. Did anyone get something similar?

Bad news is that I only got it to work twice, out of probably 30+ trips, and they were the first and about 5th I tried. When it did work, it seemed OK, on both an 'overly chatty driver gag application' and a visit to some bad boys in the badlands This was using CFTO, on LE, I have tried - almost all combos of probabilities on the main and complex events - with and without the existing patch for CFTO from the original mod thread, which only adjusts the CFTO mod scripts With that patch, the PC gets in the carriage, the 'carriage' descriptor disappears. and then reappears pretty quickly. The carriage goes nowhere, but the driver may still seem 'to think' he's waiting for a passenger Without that patch, the PC gets into the carriage, the 'carriage' descriptor disappears, the screen blacks out, but the journey is always completed, without interruption, at the at the requested destination EDIT: Two days and a few journeys later LOL. Even with Event chance set at 100, the journey starts and completes normally, with nothing at all happening en route Just why it worked twice, I have little idea, other than that I had S_L_U_T_S installed and removed it in case it was interfering with the driver (installing that always gives me two drivers at each location, one from each mod, but it was the CFTO driver who did 'work') After removing S_L_U_T_S, it didn't work again, but that mod does not seem to overwrite any scripts from the base game of CFTO, and as it had never been active in the game, there were no unattached script instances etc showing in the post removal save when I ran that by the ReSaver cleaning tool Only thing I can think of really is that the original patch changed something in CFTO for the original PB version, that it doesn't now do for the revised mod Hope that's helpful and that you can work out what might be squiff. Xiaron Posted March 15, 2021 Posted March 15, 2021 The settings for strip player during bondage and ring/panel gags only don't seem to be staying set for me. I can check/uncheck the settings, but as soon as I switch to another mcm page and go back, it's back to starting settings.

Anyways, next things to do need a reinstall of the CK and Windows, which will happen after UPS decides to deliver my CPU. 1
CaptainJ03 Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 A few words of feedback before uninstalling (again) I really like the idea, and I like that you're able to use carriages even in an armbinder. I had a few encounters with bandits. It bugged me that they raped me, though I only agreed to bondage. Next time I saw them I killed them. Yeah, was tough but I stood my ground as a level 22 charcter against four lvl33 bandits and a lvl44 bandit leader. Lydia was a bit of help, she distracted two while I killed the first. If you want to make it hard, add archers and/or magic wielders, in that case I would have had to run. Edit: What would have happened if I lost that battle? Would they have killed me, or put me into heavy bondage and started another round of negociations, this time with a slightly worse starting point for the heroine? The driver stopping and demanding sex. Uhmm. "See this pointy thingy on my hip? It's called a sword. I might have to walk, but you won't even get a proper burial, as you said, we're out in the wild." There should be some means of negotiating, maybe intimidating based on the speech skill and perks. If that fails and I end up in bondage that's okay, but having no means of telling him, that his idea is putting his life at risk, feels so unimmersive. The stopping points. Uh. On my way from Riften to Windhelm I end up somewhere west of Gukjar's Monument. NE of Steamcrag Camp would be a nice place for that stop. There already is a dead mammoth north of the hunter's camp. Oh, and the travelling times. That timescale is ridiculous (as it is in vanilla Skyrim, or has that been fixed in the meantime?) Taking a carriage takes me longer than a swift walk, I miss whole days and Mistress scolds me for not servicing her enough. As I said, I like the idea, but in the current state there are too many creases and wrinkles for my taste.
