Maybe it's a subliminal message with all of the flashing stuff. I turned on my real player extension plugin and downloaded the clip from the page with it but really not much to see even with pausing over and over.

Prey 2 has been in Dev for so long they might as well scrap the project cause at the rate they are working on it they will never get it completed or when they finally do it will be obsolete graphics wise.

I too downloaded and looked into the teaser

 

It appears to have the name of bach if I am not mistaken , i was able to make out "Johann Seb" and googling that just showed the full name of bach ,

 

aslo found "Air on the" and "G strin" and googling g strin did not go well.

I say, it's the Shinji Mikami game. Barbed Wire + Moonlight Beam + Bach with some scratching vinyl in the background sounds more like Project 2, than FO4 if you ask me...

By 70's I meant old ,with the vinyl and the barbed wires , also bethesda already changed fallout from the original quite a lot ( I found the originals to be more realistic ) .
