so was this updated to work with galactic paragons update before it stopped being worked on or no?

Yes it was, if you are worried about 3.9 there was a hotfix posted in the comments here a page or two back iirc. If you have issues with crashing try a full delete/reinstall.

mainly just the crashing issue after the latest update, deleting and reinstalling with the hotfix added seemed to fix it. I personally did not have any issues with VF even before the hotfix so take my words with a grain of salt.

doesnt sound as bad as when the game would crash in empire creation when you tried to change ship types due to missing dlc i think it was lol

base portraits are still working on 3.10, but it seems like the Futanari codes no longer work with the latest Stellaris and LV versions, hope a friendly spacefarer can find the fix for this in the far future

Lithia posted a temporary fix in the Lustful Void discord, though I can't say how or if it'll work in perpetuity. This overwrites the file in "Lustful Void\events".

This mod is broken? Vanilla portrait is not removed.

Are you talking about the vanilla portraits in the "New Game" menu? Because when the game is actually being played, the only empires it will spawn use the portraits for this mod and other lewd portrait mods

I've updated the portraits to work with the latest Stellaris version, and will continue to maintain the mod to the best of my ability. I'd also like to expand the mod: if anyone wants to contribute images it would be greatly appreciated.

I got the Futanari to work again

So I am having a problem with the newest update in which the game boots and all but only the default species can be loaded... and this doesn't seem to be only a problem for this mod but also a lot of other portrait mods, like they pics appear in empires I had already made before the update and only in the preview menu however when editing or making a new empire they just quite simply do not appear at all and I am unsure as to what I am missing or if its an effect of the new update. LV and such still work and all that but just portrait mods don't.

The 3.12 update changed the way portrait mods work, so older versions of portrait mods won't work on new versions. If you can see the portrait icons on existing empires, then you can at least tell that the mod has loaded properly as the portrait icons will be missing if Stellaris cannot find the images from the mods. You must download the new versions of all your portrait mods, or revert to Stellaris 3.11. Before downloading the new versions of VF Continued, please be sure to read the entire description as there have been some changes in how the mod is installed.

Mine is also broken the same way since the update. It happens with a new game and loading a game. the error is with eventid distar.246 that rapidly pops up every day.

The post you quoted is very out of date, there was a recently major update that took Stellaris to version 4.0 and VF version 3.0 was made to be compatible with it. If you look at more recent posts, you will see an announcement that the current version of VF has broken event code. I am working on an update, which is expected to be released in a few days, and in the meantime the NR version works fine because it doesn't have event code.
