I'm leaning towards Fallout Character Overhaul, but I'm uncertain. If anyone can confirm that, it would be awesome. Second: the choker/seam concealer. If anyone can point me into the direction of that, it would also be awesome. Third: the tanktop/pants underneath the vest. Again, any information would be awesome. The other mods contained in this picture I am aware of: Courier Vests by MissMorose, Wearable Dogtags by SariDecember and Millenia's AKS74U. Thanks for any help.

Though it looks like the person who took that screenshot modded out the chest holster and necklace from the Couerier Merc armour. I managed to edit a similar looking face with FCO, so I'm not too fussed about that now (although if someone knows for sure that would still be awesome).

The texture is the 'Girl Next Door' variation.

For example you start the game assign specials assign like 60 skill points and pick like 5 or 6 perks. then after that, that is who your character is. No more leveling, makes sense, because with the experience and leveling system it makes the game you charge on head on to everything to power level. I am using a combat mod that kills any human without protection like BP vest or power armor in 1-4 shots. I think the static player character will be awesome with this. Its ok even if its nv or fo3
Odessa Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 jsawyer mod doubles experience needed to level up, its by the creative director of FNV. Then there is this one for slower leveling by up to 300%. They stack, if you load jsawyer after that one you will have 8x slower leveling, I think. I like feeling vulnerable in the wasteland, and played a 150 hour game and did most the quests with 4x slower leveling, finished at level 17. Also, If you use the advlevel console command, you level up but do not get any XP. So if you make yourself level 10, you need to earn enough XP to get from level 1-11 before you level again. Bear in mind that a lot of stuff is leveled in the game- as in, if you are only level 5, most enemies/merchants etc will only have basic gear.

Right now there is no way to have Cass veronica or the others if you are either enemy of NCR or Brotherhood of steel. Or is there a mod that adds many companions in 1 plug-in ??

For both FO3 and FNV if possible. Really annoying when I shoot straight and my bullet auto hits a target off my crosshair.

Thanks I haven't seen any other armor integrated with DoA other than the T6M equipment replacer, which sucks because it doesn't widen the variety. I've tried to do this myself, but it looks like I have to go into Blender or maybe just Nifskope to add another node to apply the rest of the body features like the spine and the under body parts that make the body glow. The only success I had was using mash up armor or doing the mash up armor myself for the implemented T6M body. I'm not all that nifty with nifskope so I could be wrong about just adding a node to fix this.

Alternately, there's Ling's.

_Iceberg_ Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Anyone who messes around with SKSE and NVSE feel like translating HDT physics extension from Skyrim to New Vegas? I understand that it's theoretically possible since both games use the same havok engine. If you don't know what HDT physics extension is, it's a SKSE plugin that commands the game to apply the physics engine to parts of the anatomy of the player character and NPC's. Making a natural movement of things like hair and breasts and such while completely bypassing the animation files. When the body moves according to the animation files, those parts designated as attached to the body will move according to the physics engine while still remaining attached to the body. Specifically, it contained two obscenely large bouncing breast nude armors that appeared to be Japanese in origin; I think one was called Tyounou. These allowed you to appear nude, but added armor protection and were basically mesh replacers that you could change like a regular set of clothes. Thanks
