Is it compatible with current version?

Sorry, I'm not sure, I haven't played Stellaris since the Machine Age DLC. Check in with anyone else if they have, but I'm not sure when I'd have the time to work on an update.

I just like to add that the custom portraits seemingly don't work for me. Instead it only shows me a portrait of my heir. I've used the edict and reloaded my save but it doesn't seem to work funnily enough.

does mod still work?

I'd hope so, I've made a few more changes since the last update, but I'm waiting until biogenesis drops, unless someone finds something absolutely broken. So far everything I think is functional, just missing pictures events and some now useless stats.

Guess incest is my fetish until other mods get updated.

Thanks for the great work!

Edit: I seems to be unable to trigger the Heir Interactions, the do not appear on the list or edicts. I am using the "Under One Rule" origin and I have the "Familial Society" and "Holy Family" traits. Am I missing a requirements (if any)?

Edit: Heir interactions will only be available after your empire changes into imperial authority after progressing into the under one rule event chain. If it still doesn't show up, then its likely broken.

It's probably broken, in my rush to fix things and remove broken events, there are a lot of things I've missed. Heir interactions which is one of the oldest systems in this mod is probably broken. I've been meaning to rework it anyway, but I'll try and get it working by next update and rework it in the future.

You are right, after changing to to Imperial form of governance, now it's available, and for the record, it works as good as I remember it.

I got some other funny bugs, such as having a male heir that got pregnant and also got the childhood and adolescent traits while blocking the spawn of new heirs. I got some good laughs, thank you again for the hard work~

I'm glad I've got back to Stellaris after I went through a long hiatus. It suddenly feels fresh again with all the changes, but terrifying as well... Just like the process of working on this mod again.

As for the male heir pregnant thing, that's just something unavoidable when you choose to get an offspring. My original vision of the pregnancy system was that your ruler or heir could either one get pregnant depending on who was the male and the female. I'd need to remake the already long pregnancy system code again but for three more variations of ruler/heir gender. Then there's having to factor when both genders are the same for each ruler/heir and the possibility of futanari (if enough people want it). How that would work is through Stellaris biopsionic magic bullshittery at that point.

Point is, the system works exactly as i intended it to at a basic level and seems to work functionally in 4.0. Polishing it further than adding pictures will have to come after I've fixed 4.0.

As of the latest Stellaris update, I was able to get into the Family Bound origin without crashing. If you're using other mods with mine, try disabling those other mods. I do play with UI overhaul and planet diversity so you can count those as safe.

crashed, event loop. event pop up with ship and no text constantly popping up.

Can you put debugtooltip in the console and tell me what's popping up? Just hover over the event when it pops up and it should tell you.
