LoversBitch Gone Wild 1.51 BB fix

Recommended Posts

  • 3 weeks later...

I'm having a serious issue here. No matter what I do with my load order or what mods I enable and disable besides the bare minimum, my game freezes every time I go into the kennel and I have to use task manager to nuke it. I have installed correctly and used every version of the esp with no luck.

Link to comment

Your Load order please?

You have installed

meshes and sound-all-Versions.7z AND textures-all-Versions.7z

THEN install LBGW 1.51a BB LC3 esp and readme.7z last and let overwrite ! Read the Readme !!!

You have LAPF and Lovers Creatures2 ? You have installed LoversCreatures 2  after LAPF and let it overwrite some LAPF files?

Both works ? Sex with NPCs and creatures?

--------------

The Mod works since many years.

Why?

The Path near the wolf cave I checked with Unique Landscapes - ChorrolHinterland   and vanilla.

Think with vanilla is was not perfect but ok. When I change it I mess up Unique Landscapes. That's why there is no Path grid in the LoversBitch esp, The last esp with path grid in cell -14, 25 in the load order will be used.

And is there a conclictiong  Mod near Maera's house? In my game the path grid is ok.  The house is right at the road but does not block it. That is still the original position, I never changed it in my version. But yes, can be moved back a bit ( in the next version  )

EDIT: Oh the right path grid at Maera's house is only in my esp not in the uploaded esp. I made so many changes that I do not know what is in the released versions. But the wolf cave is without pathgrid in the esp. Maybe I should move the cave in another cell.

Maybe a new version:  "Version 1.51a BB LC3 2020 path grid fixed and moved wolf cave"

The cell is okay, just often it's easy to forget the pathing...I deleted a few etc and Maera acts properly around her house/cave. You know the jazz...running into walls. The house's location always bothered me from the early days. It's sitting ON the road...I fixed than in this esp.

As for dialogue...yikes. The party needed some real re-working. Talking about trees when they could be commenting on dogs? Fixed that, too...with my wife's help. I know you didn't write it...but it always seemed like a placeholder for better relevant dialogue.

:classic_laugh:

I also added a Saturday visit to Chorrol for Maeva to visit her buddy, Rena....after stage 4 of the quest.

The Trees are no bug  and they do not talk about dogs. They talk about everything. Mud crabs, guards, trees, kvatch.

But there is a bug in the dialogs with the trees.  And two others

xPartyResponse3a "Yes" [DIAL:03029C96]

xPartyResponse1b "The dog." [DIAL:03029C73]

xPartyResponse4b "I'm sure you can do it." [DIAL:03029CA9]

There are no random flags in the dialogs of these topics, so only the first dialog will be used  .

-The trees around here are so pretty.

-Excuse me? I don't follow.

-Thanks! I'll see if I can work up the courage and show off at the Count's next party.

7 other dialogs you will never hear ( read )

Somthing like

NPC: The citizens are so much nicer here than Kvatch.

Player: But Kvatch was destroyed

NPC: That doesn't help the fact that they're incredibly rude people.

End conversation

Yes, the conversation flow is easily changed to include tie-ins to Lovers Blackmail and a few others since it turns out Countess Caro and her mother are the real power in the land with the death of the Emperor. So no wasted convos about mud-crabs when the Countess could say something meaningful related to the quests at hand.

The mud crab part is my favorite!  One of the best conversations in all mods I use.

NPC: I saw a mudcrab the other day...

Player:  Why does everyone say that?

NPC:  Excuse me?

Player: Everyone in Tamriel talk about them!

NPC: ...I don't know. They're fun to talk about, I guess?

Player: They don't even live around here!

NPC: Now that you mention it, I don't remember seeing a mudcrab. That's odd. I don't even know why I said that. Nevermind then.

And the better variant

NPC: I saw a mudcrab the other day...

Player:  Why does everyone say that?

NPC:  Excuse me?

Player: Everyone in Tamriel talk about them!

NPC: ...I don't know. They're fun to talk about, I guess?

Player: But in the same 5 voices, too?

NPC: Okay, now I really don't follow you.

Player: Everyone talks exactly the same!

NPC: Are you saying that everyone of my race sounds exactly the same to you? You racist pig. Just go away!   :classic_laugh:

I used the conversations to further connect Lovers Blackmail, Bitch and Vilja's past job at the Dog Shop. Vilja, if unfamiliar with the quest, was fired from Rena's shop for eating the good dog food.

Ok, now days this file contains 10 different files in the download!

Could you please include a Readme or some simple download instructions?

Do we still need all parts?

Which parts can be skipped?

If we need all parts, why aren't they combined in a single archive?

My initial idea was to download everything and then just cross my fingers and overwrite data as I add it, hoping it will work. ?

Read post 1 !  Version, and all files you need and how to install in 4 lines.

Version 1.51a BB LC3
For animated penis animations/Skeleton from Creatures Overhaul - Workshop
All you need: meshes and sound-all-Versions.7z and textures-all-Versions.7z and LBGW 1.51a BB LC3 esp and readme.7z
Install LBGW 1.51a BB LC3 esp and readme.7z last and let overwrite ! Read the Readme !!!

-------------------------------------------

So you need 3 files

meshes and sound-all-Versions.7z

textures-all-Versions.7z

LBGW 1.51a BB LC3 esp and readme.7z

You install first  meshes and sound-all-Versions.7z   and   textures-all-Versions.7z.

Then you install LBGW 1.51a BB LC3 esp and readme.7z and let overwrite.

! Read the Readme !!!  There are some subfolders ( two different esp  and extra dog meshes for other Mods )

-------------------------------------------

When I uploaded the Mod  it was only possible to upload 100MB files.

And the two base files were not updated, only the esp with readme files  ( in the file are also meshes and textures updates.

A all in one file is bad for updates.

The other files are old versions ( recognizable by the names)  and some replacer you can use (  e.g.  if you use the DMRA body replacer I could imagine that you would like to have the right clothes for it. )

Yeah I figured as much then. Thanks for the quick reply!

BTW I couldn't seam to find this text any where in post one (I might be missing it though I guess, is a lot of text in post 1 ^.^')
Though all in one file might be bad for updates, maybe you could remove some of the files that is no longer needed from the download section?
Just trying to be help full :)

Oh, the link to the extra animations listed in the Readme LoversBitch by Chase Roxand doesn't seam to work for me.

I strongly suggest that you also download the extra Creature vs NPC animations found here:
http://lovers.eeveelab.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=30

You do not download anything else !  The Link you posted do not work. And you do not need any other animations.

I add the original Readme by Chase Roxand, only for information. Not for downloading or install instruction !!!

All you need it All you need is  All you need: meshes and sound-all-Versions.7z and textures-all-Versions.7z and LBGW 1.51a BB LC3 esp and readme.7z

Install the 3 files, the LBGW 1.51a BB LC3 esp and readme.7z last and let it overwrite , and everything works.  NO OTHER DOWNLOAD !

And all animations work !

I have been struggling to get the textures for this mod working properly; all of the custom dogs (collie, doberman, german shepherd, etc) all just appear as a head and a dick. I have seen that others have faced similar issues and resolved via uninstalling the meshes and sound-all-Versions.7z and textures-all-Versions.7z and LBGW 1.51a BB LC3 esp and readme.7z files and reinstalling in the correct order and I have attempted this, though my problem has persisted through several attempts.

Yes first meshes and sound-all-Versions.7z and textures-all-Versions.7z

Have you unpacked the folders? Open the folders and copy the meshes, sound and textures folder into your Oblivion/data folder.

No meshes folder in meshes folder . Or the "meshes and sound-all-Versions" folder in the data folder.

Then  LBGW 1.51a BB LC3 esp and readme.7z  and let overwrite !  Make sure that you copy the folders in the right folders.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Has nothing to do with LoversBitch, but you should sort your unsorted Mods , the last 4 esp.

Up to armor and clothes Mods  ( after DLCSpellTomes.esp and DLCSpellTomes - Unofficial Patch.esp .   Or after Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul - Knights of Nine.esp if OOO change armors )

42  VanillaRealArmorReplacer.esp

Up to lovers Mods
44  LoversCreatureCompanion.esp
45  RingofMara.esp

after OCO DLC Faces.esp

43  OCO_Eyes_Fix.esp

The first time around I tried to manually install via drag-and-drop (placing the contents of the textures folder in textures, meshes in meshes, etc.) And I over-wrote with LBGW the same way. When that did not work and, I deleted all of the files and used Wyrebash to re-install them in order. In both cases (and every attempt I've tried with certain mods disabled) I've had the same results. So I'm not sure if there's something that I'm missing here.

I'll list what Wyre indicates as "mismatches" and "conflicts" if that helps any.

I never used Wyre Bash, so I don't know about  "mismatches" and "conflicts"

But I see creatures v1.2.7z and Lovers Creatures Beta1-2a.7z ????  The Lovers Creatures file is Lovers Creatures Beta1-2a.7z

No Textures conflicts?

I don't know how Wyre Bash overwrite files

meshes and sound-all-Versions.7z and textures-all-Versions.7z    must overwrite some files from LoversCreatures and Oblivion BSA .

And  LBGW 1.51a BB LC3 esp and readme.7z  must  overwrite files from the above files and LoversCreatures and Oblivion BSA .

Many people use Wrye Bash as their mod manager, not just for the Bashed Patch feature. I use it myself as my main and only manager. In Wrye Bashs program window are tabs for Installers/Mods/Saves/ini etc. Wrye Bash can intelligently go through all the files that are in the Installers tab and list which files are conflicting with each other. It says if the conflicts are higher/lower in the installers load order.  It can also detect conflicts with files that are inside the BSAs.  The term "Mismatched" refers to two files with the same name and type, but have different file sizes.

I went ahead and did a completely clean install (uninstalled all of my mods manually, wiped appdata, wiped documents folder, used CC cleaner to wipe registry, restarted PC and reinstalled oblivion.) I installed manually using drag-and-drop in the order you suggested. I'm unfortunately encountering the same issue even with using fewer mods. I'm certainly open to considering that I've messed up somehow, though I honestly don't know how I could have done so; I dragged mesh, sound and texture folders into data and let them overwrite. Then I did the same thing with the contents of LGBW's meshes and ini files, then I put the .nif files in meshes\creatures\dog\.

I haven't tested components of the mod other than entering Rena's dog shop and using a console command to unlock her kennel to see the dogs' models and make sure they're working.

Also RE: creatures v1.2.7z, that was from here: https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/77-creature-sexual-organs-vanillafcom-compatible-replacer/ . I'd thought I needed it for OOO creatures with genitals, though I've realized my mistake.

Sorry don't know how to help or what you are doing wrong.

Yes some peope hat the same problem but it was always an installation error on their part and they were able to fix it.

Sure you have the textures in the right folder?  You say collie, doberman, german shepherd are without body.

Check your game folder if you have

textures\creatures\dog\asdog_blackwhitecollie.dds

textures\creatures\dog\asdog_dobermannblack.dds

textures\creatures\dog\asdog_alsatian.dds

And the _n.dds files

Double check your OBSE files to make sure everything is where it should be. Run the game from within Steam, not the OBSE launcher.

Do not use that creatures 1.2.7 mod you referred to at all. Avoid overhauls for now. Overhauls are really best not used by noobies.

Your installers tab in WB needs to have order to it, just like your esms/esps. It should have a similar order to that of your esms/esps.

In WB, go over all your mods in Installers and check to see if anything has stuff "skipped" listed under the skipped tab. If you find something that has skipped files, right click on the installer and checkmark "Has Extra Directories".
