Possibly.  I might be able to work with the form IDs.  They equip and unequip like any bondage boots.  Are you volunteering to test it if I prototype it?

I've probably mentioned before that I find catsuits problematic.  By design, they lack clothing keywords, which confuses a lot of adult mods.  Catsuits come in many colors, potentially making an awkwardly long list.  The event lets you choose between hobble dress, corset, or harness for the body, with different types of gloves and boots, all available in different colors.  That's a lot of variety.

 

However, you can actually use a catsuit for A Slave to Fashion if you equip it before the event starts.   The event will accept what you have already equipped.  That works best if the event probability is 100%, so you know to equip it just before entering the city.

Yes, in the MCM.  It's disabled by default, so at some point you had chosen to use it.

Regarding this, do these boots look okay when worn with leg cuffs?  The leg cuffs are required for SLTR's pony gear.  I'm mostly concerned with the tall version of the pony boots, but the question should be asked for both short and tall styles.  It might make sense to only add the short style.

They look fine except for a little clipping on the lower cuff at both the front and back, probably solvable with some bodyslide:
