Question: Icestorm's Clothes 5.11...there's a conversion for FG on Nexus, which I have - but I seem to be having problems with it.  Is this the only FG conversion?  The problem comes up in Bodyslide,  If I choose anything else, I get the outfit and the body preset.  Fair enough.  But if I choose one of Icestorm's I can't select the body preset.  It's blank.  So I'm wondering if it's the conversion package or a deeper problem outside this thread?

try the conversion from this one, you'll still need the conversion from nexus though

The collection only appears in one preset that I have.  Sadly, bodyslide XMLs are black magic to me, so I'm not sure if if I'm doing something wrong, the presets aren't compatible, they need editing...totally lost here.

The presets are there for me, are you clicking on the FG version of them? Otherwise i got no clue, ill post a screenshot showing how my bodyslide looks Screenshot(1).thumb.png.7f3f73c613d22a0a58c4391a47b6e90b.png

Nope, no joy.  I've no idea where to look.  On the upside, it looks as if Bodyslide worked anyway.  I'll just have to hope I don't need to edit the outfits at all.

Nope.  For some reason if I use any body shape other than a bod-standard one like CBBE slim or curvy, then I get clipping issues in most of the outfits.  Don't know why, but there we are.

If you have a body and outfits designed for the same skeleton (Fusion Girl, CBBE or anything else) then you can build them in aligned manner:

In BodySlide select any outfit/body where you can see your preferred preset. Select this preset.

Then click Batch Build button and select all outfits and body you want to have aligned in game. BodySlide will try to use values from selected preset to build everything in this batch.

For the keepers of this tread, I have updated nearly all of my conversions for 2025.  The fixes and changes were so profound, makeing them all much better I just made new pages for them.  If you have any of my old versions be sure to completely remove them, making sure you do not have any residual folders as there were lots of changes and requires fresh installs on all of them.  There is only one that didn't need an update.  

 

I did not do a new page for EAC - Eli's Armor Compendium, you will still need to do a fresh install of ver 1.3

 

There are also several new ones with all my learned techniques over the last 5 years or so, I think old users and new users alike will be pleased.

so im trying to learn how to convert cbbe outfits myself by following a video by bumex. but it did not cover high heels and also i encounter this problem in outfit studio. imma need a veteran help here if possible T_T i swear if ik how to convert i will do ppl requests as well (if i got the time lol)

thx for the guide. im kinda stuck on the nifskope part. did u get the tool from nexus or github? or are they the same?

 

edit: nvm just checked the name and got it from github. now idk if i should skip step 4 bc i remember seeing cbbe feet as special bones but i dont see it in nifskope anymore. its just tr, skinsuit and hands

i like to sincerely thank everyone that has converted an outfit. ik it was hard but i didnt think it was this hard. especially for a mod that has more than 1 more outfits like vtaw wardrobe. so much respect to yall

 

(or maybe it wasnt and im just dumb bc i failed to followed a simple guide) ive completely given up T_T its 3am im going to bed goodnight
