I realize it allows the mod to work, but it seems the mod doesn't realize that.Follow the instructions in the first post to create a Papyrus log of this problem, zip it and upload it and I'll see if I can see anything in the log that will give us a hint on what it'll take to get you working properly. Um... I have no idea on what is going on, but disabling and re-enabling the mod in the Launcher made it work properly. Thanks!
WaxenFigure Posted March 15, 2013 Author Posted March 15, 2013 I really don't like seeing "hook-up" in every single dialogue since it breaks the immersion every time. To that end I have a few possible suggestions for those of us who don't want to bone everyone, everywhere, all the time: - Please, please, please change the text to something less jarring... "I yearn for you. Lie with me." would be a gender-non-specific example, just off the top of my head. If you can do gender/faction specific dialogues then there's all kinds of fun you can have with it (for instance abuse-of-power dialogues for Thane/Archmage/etc). - Link sex to the same 'friendly' status that lets you loot people's homes. I'm not sure what that's called, but take Ysolda for example; when you first meet her there'd be no sex dialogue, but after you give her a mammoth tusk there would be. - Make some factions require you to be indoors. I'm thinking predominantly people in the town factions, where they presumably wouldn't consent to having sex in middle of the marketplace for obvious reasons. Out in the wilds it makes no difference. - Add speech checks on specific individuals/factions. Jarls, other high raking NPCs, married NPCs, etc. Assuming these could be made options they should all be able to work together. So for instance if your goal was to get Elisif into bed, you'd have to be a Thane of Haafingar, AND pass a high speech check, AND be in the Blue Palace (one must be discreet)... And maybe even see a dialogue that's specific to that encounter. This would have the added benefit of giving the SA Rape spell more purpose than just raping dirty, smelly bandits and necromancers. The "Lets hook up" text came from a desire to get a quick (no checks) dialogue option for sex going that was distinguishable from the one that was in the MLA mod in case people decided to run both together. The intent is to add some checks now and thank you for a good idea on alternate and more "lore friendly whatever that is" text. Gender and faction specific checks are indeed possible.

(1.3) I have also made sure:SKSE is up to dateFNIS is up to date and on v3.5 FNIS has both parts installedI have run the FNIS for users generator (reports adding in 3 mods, FNIS x 2, SexIS. Does not mention Sex Addict.The messages pop up to tell me what I am doing, and the various options menus work but when things should start, it moves the target in front of my character then stops. They just stand there and my character continues to be ready to cast a spell. Noises start etc but no anims. Very odd. 1

Like a persuade option(needs speech lvl) A payment option(Well..needs money of course! Around 50-300?) Im asking because AP has stopped developement, and I really felt more immersed with that. Also, how many animations does this mod have? And do the animations also auto-switch and end or is that all done manually?

Cheers for the reply. I installed using mod manager and the downloaded file so didn't think it would be that. The spells are added to the character and the notifications kick in to tell me what is supposed to be going on, so that bit is working. I will have a look at the mod in the CK and the directory structure in the download and check, but everything but the anims has been put in the right place by NMM. If you have any more suggestions they would be appreciated. I'll let you know what I find out in the CK. Edit: Solved - Not sure how this happened. The FNIS_SexAddicts_List.txt was not installed by mod manger. It is definitely in your download, as that's where I got it from when trying to sort this out. Copied it across manually and all sorted. Thanks for the nod in the direction of checking the SexAddicts install. Between that and carefully reading the FNIS instructions for modders to check what should be there, what was in your download, and what was on my HDD it was pretty quick.

This is, ideally, how the two actors should appear in t-pose. Assuming there are no hitbox/havok/collision issues that cause the actors to slide in default t-pose.

NMM is causing problems by removing files. At least the symptoms are clear. Edit: I've added a note in the install section about this problem. Hopefully that will help at least one person so they can get back to the game quicker instead of having to ask for help.

I mean, it was entertaining to see Frea in Dragonborn elect, in the middle of a huge brawl, to start raping a cultist with her futa-cock. And I have an amusing screenshot of my other companions just kind of staring slack jawed after the fight while this was going on, but still. If you want to avoid guest-companions from going full on rapist mode, looks like you have to turn off combat-rape entirely. Also, as a thought, would it be possible to have a toggle for asking someone to have sex thing so that the character asking is always on the er... recieving end? My female character asking her husband for sex wasn't really intending to peg him, I thought.
azmodan22 Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 The best thing to add would be an option to deside the active/passive role both for male and female rape. i.e I have a female char, so I can "set" to be passive when raping males and active when raping females and being raped to use passive as normal.

Some of the things I have planned (sequence editor, animations from Zaz Animation pack and maybe Estrus?) will raise the bar and will have to be supported by SexIs before I can switch to it. If CMod does return and pick that back up I will of course help develop those into the SexIs (once I figure them out) but if CMod doesn;t return I will have to decide whether or not to take up that mod and do it all myself anyway or perhaps someone else comes along wanting to take on the task. I've got the additional voice slots for raped voices (female only for now, still no guys voices at all) added and working in the code now. Next up is to set up names and codes for each animation, I think the names will be in the form origin-position ex: (ML-Doggy) or (Arrok-BoobJob). To help set up the animation test bed could you make a short animation where the two actors start in the exact postion you want them to be placed by the mod and they just stand there doing nothing but breathing. I can replicate that to make the full series of animations and that will be the default (and replaceable for your testing) animation for the test bed. If that works as well as you and I hope it will then in a future version I will make several copies of that animation that can be replaced and enabled individually so when you make new animations people can install them and enjoy them right away without waiting on me to add them to the mod. I also need to rework the current animation system in this mod in a significant way, right now it supports one less phase per sex act than some of the animations that are available provide so I need to expand the number of phases it supports but allow for fewer phases to exist. I think I may make that change a release version by itself only adding animations from other sources like ASX and AP (and anything new you come up with). One reason my own mod has been so long without an update now is that I have the urge to actually play the game some nights so little work gets done on the mod. CMod may be taking an "I want to enjoy the game for a bit" break.

Like origin-position-gender-stage ex: (Arrok_Boobjob_Off_2) for male gender stage 2. Cmod uses the same file for 2 or more stages sometimes (Also uses same file for multiple positions in some cases). If this can be easily avoided by copying the same animation and renaming it for the multiple stages that use the file, then the entire sequence can be edited more freely. I know SA has a file for every single stage/position, and this is much more preferable over Cupid's method. Here is the Test Animation. The actors wont appear to be moving,and they should remain still with arms spread. (Its a looped t-pose). AnimationTest.rar When loaded together in 3dsMax they appear as follows and they should appear exactly the same in-game for me to bypass all the extra realigning I have to do to fit the plugin offset values. I'm not worried about how long its been without an update for SexiS or SA. I'd actually rather SexiS to stay the same until I finish all the animations I have planned, but thats not likely. Speaking of breaks, I can only animate/play for 2 weeks out of every month (mainly the weekends). After this weekend, I wont be animating again until 1st week in April. So I'm just trying to ensure you have what you need when you get around to it, whether I'm available or not. I've actually been meaning to play myself. Haven't even had a chance to purchase Dragonborn. I'll be around this weekend if you need anything else, if not ill be back in April.

I would set the random rape to seldom before and all was fine, no big deal. Today when I tried it, as soon as my character got raped, all the city guards started attacking me and my follower. How do I change this to be like before where it wouldn't get attacked?

I'm pretty descent with audio. While not exactly my cup of tea (sexually speaking) I'd be happy to make a full set (40 audio files right? 0 being last stage) for male rape if you want. Let me know. I could like do this pretty quick so let me know. I'd be sure to keep sizes small, durations shorts, and volume consistant, etc. (which while I love the 3rd female voice, it's volume is set 15db higher than the others on average. I had to lower it in the files.)

For future effects a couple ideas on the "calming" effect options: 1) Add option for randomness with calming effect (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't?) to add some suspense. Will the npc kill me after or be calmed? 2) Maybe chance for npc who rapes follower to "calm" the follower, if this is possible? So that follower is disabled for at least a few minutes after the rape, while the npc may be attacking the player. Not sure if this can be done but would add some impact when an npc rapes a follower, for the player knowing their follower might be out of action awhile after the rape while the player battles on? 3) Maybe a lower health threshhold option for rape, so you can set it to 10% or so. Same with %chance to rape, maybe lowered to 10% as an option also. But not sure on this option without more testing, 1& 2 above are far more interesting. Anyway thanks for the mod & keep up the good modding But also kind of glad to see you take time to enjoy the game also! Cheers!
