SLSF Fame Comments Reloaded

Absolutely loving this mod but I cannot for the life of me figure out where the entrance to the temple of Dibella in the "Dibellan Whore of Markath" quest.

Someone please help me.

Also would love to know if there's any way I can search this thread for references so I won't have to bother y'all in the future.

Nvm, Finally found it haha. It's a normal door in the city, you don't have to search the ramparts or look inside people's houses or go all Indiana Jones with the shadows of the decorations at noon like me lol.

In case someone's at wit's end also happens upon this, I'm leaving the hints left by the author for anyone stuck here too :

The poem directs you to search "with the sun above". This suggests the entrance is located in an exterior location.

Like the temple in Markarth, the temple in Solitude was likely built in the wealthier part of the city.

Just before you enter the blue palace, there's a pathway to your left. Take the door to the right.

Why do you require the SE version of Fame Framework for a LE Game ?  Can it be used at all ? Why not using the LE Version of FF ?

I agree that's misleading. It's only because I have an SE setup and I originally released this mod for SE (and for many versions of this mod it worked for both LE and SE. Also, people have posted on the SLSF thread that the LE version of SLSF works fine on SE, so either should work. Also, the SE version is buried in a thread, so it's harder to find. But I'll add a link to the LE version of SLSF on the description page.

Neither  FF nor your comments start sexlab activity, right ? 

i remember i tried ff some years agp and i was embarrassed that at every corner a text in the upper left corner appeared about getting some fame points here, and i didnt found a way to stop that.   Is that still the case ?

 

i just discovered your mods,  and i have some questions / comments about them before start to play them (or not ). So please take a look in their support threads.

i saw i my messsage history that fame framework has the problem, that it does not count activities from mods. so every mod need a patch that ff counts it.

The SLSF framework does not start Sexlab activity, but this Fame Comments mod can. You can turn off such "events" in the MCM to this mod (by fame category) if you don't want them.  The MCM also allows you to prevent such forced events if armed.

There's a toggle in the SLSF MCM to turn these off. (Note that Public Whore also generates such messages, so you could also be seeing those.)

It was about whore fame. that one does not progress.  it needs scripts to bring it to work. One of these messages years ago was particuliarly about your pw comments. i have one of those scripts for tdf prostitution in my message box, i will search for the radiant prostitution one.  

However, the fact that i stopped using it, though with the scripts, must have been for a reason.

Right, The Sexlab activity will be detected for other fame purposes, but SLSF doesn't know the PC got paid for sex without input from the prostitution mod.

Unfortunately, this fix didn't work for me. I'm not sure why the mod seems to behave so strangely on my system. I don't really have a lot of other mods that could be conflicting. No one else seems to have these issues, though, so the problem must be on my end. 

 

I cannot remove the micro cage, even after changing relationship to normal (or anything else) and breaking up. I even tried re-establishing the relationship to see if it would reset the quest and remove the cage. It does reset the quest, but the cage remains, and any attempt to remove it causes a ctd. I wonder if it is because my character got married in game before using the mod's marriage system. It's a stretch, but it's my best guess. Regardless, I'm probably going to drop the character, so it's not a big deal.

 

P.S. I'm also still having issues with weapons being removed during the strip sequences. No one else seems to have this problem, either, so I'm mightily confused. It is more consistent than I had realized, though. If the hand is empty (or equipped with a spell) then I don't lose anything. If I have a weapon equipped (whether I made it in game or found it, enchanted or normal) it gets removed, and I get a notification to that effect right after it gets unequipped. It also happens to any NPC follower when she gets stripped (though without the notification). I've been running through a lot of daggers. LoL.

are changes to breezehome necesarry? it doesnt play nice with houses overhaul im using (2 beds issue). also, is there more houses that are changed in this manner?

Is there a way to edit the first person messages?  I tried to find in xedit but I have no idea where to look.  Is it under message?  If it's a dialogue topic then it's so buried that I don't know where to start.  And if it's neither of those I have no idea.  The main one I want to change is the first person aroused comments.  The reason is I play as a femboy and while I can ignore most messages I don't see often having first person messages that talk about how wet my pussy is constantly ruins the first person comments.  Which is a shame because I am sure there are some good ones not related to arousal.

Hello! A question about custom followers - eg Serana from Serana Dialogue Add-on, but also found same for Remiel - I am not seeing the marriage dialogue. I assume that this is because the mod description says they must be a follower but the way they are implemented by the mods they are not recognised as followers?

If that is right, is there any way to fix that?

Finally managed to go through the kekold quest, and man... This needs to be in a separate mod. It doesnt fit the theme of this mod at all, and when the chastity part came up - instead of an actual device I got an ivisible one! (a.k.a. no model, since I dont have the DD framework) There is nothing bad with the quest, on the contrary the scenes are awesome, but man it doesnt fit the theme of this mod at all.

You could make a patch that makes Vivi's mod a requirement and then you would have access to all the Vivi cages. But that requires the Creation Kit and some knowledge of it. Otherwise, I was planning to add the flat micro cage when I extend the quest.
