You'll have to use Vulkan for Reshade instead of Direct3d9 (D3D9.dll).

***Just in case things go wrong Copy your original D3D9.dll file to your desktop***

 

1. First make sure that you updated the drivers on your Video Card and that your Video Card is capable of running Vulkan DXVK.

2. Run Reshade setup, choose "Enable/disable Reshade in Vulkan globally"

3. When asked "Which rendering API does The Sims 4 use?" Choose Vulkan

4. Download the latest DXVK release from their github -> https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases click on dxvk-1.7.2.tar.gz for download 

5. Extract it fully, you should have a "x32" folder, a "x64" folder and a "setup_dxvk.sh" file

6. In the x64 folder, rename the "d3d9.dll" file to "d3d9_2.dll"

7. Copy and paste the "d3d9_2.dll" and the "dxgi.dll" files from the x64 folder to your \Game\Bin folder

8. Install the d3d9.dll file for RTBP in your \Game\Bin folder

9. To remove Vulkan DXVK, delete "d3d9_2.dll", "dxgi.dll" and the .dxvk-cache file. 

10. To remove RTBP, Paste your original D3D9.dll file back to your \game\bin folder

 

DXVK will stutter at first (building cache) but it should smooth out fairly quickly.

is it ok for you to provide us with the best setting used for realistic bounce and swing because this is the best mod ever sadly tho my chars boobs and butts swings all over the place, lol but never the less its amazing mod

Ok, I think I fixed this. The breasts and butt should now bounce up and in world space, regardless of the orientation of the sim.

 

Re-download and reinstall the preview release to test. The file is named "RTBP Preview v0.3-p3 2020-11-03.zip".

I'm working on it. The problem is that I haven't been able to determine the model matrix so I can simulate in full world space.

 

Currently, everything is calculated relative to the sim. The physics simulators react to the sim moving their body, but not to their actual movement in the world. For example, when a sim is going down some stairs, the simulators know that the sim is moving their legs, arms, and torso, but it doesn't know that the sim is actually moving downward in the world.

 

This is a high-priority task on my to-do list.

last one have premade animations, this one is generate animations in real-time

so BBmod don't have animated boobs all the time, only where author is made it (and quality of them is very variable...)

but walking animation is pretty well done there

Real-Time Body Physics is a highly experimental mod for the Sims 4 that attempts to add real-time body physics to sims. Currently, only the breasts and butt are targeted, but other parts could be added in the future.

 

At this stage, the mod is very buggy. Sometimes the wrong vertices get selected and you'll see bouncing fingers or faces.

 

The mod works via a fake DirectX 9 DLL that behaves just like the real deal, but injects a little extra code into the rendering loop (See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hooking). The source code is included for those that want to see how it works.

Seriously though, nice job so far. I won't be trying this out for now since I don't have the patience for testing, but I am VERY interested in this project. It would be nice if the physics froze (or at least were disabled) when you paused the game; everything else freezing while the boobs keep jiggling is kind of uncanny. Long time lurker, but this has drawn me out of the shadows. Love the mod so far. Played with it when it first released, but it made the tits go crazy during certain WW animations. Seemed like the WW anims were fighting against yours. Again, this only really occurred on anims that worked physics into their movements. On the static, non-bouncy anims, your mod works like a charm. If only there was a way to override WW anims while your mod was in play that'd be awesome.

 

The only other issue I had was sometimes CC tops would break, causing the sim's chest to disappear. I'm not 100% on if its because of RTBP or just outdated CC, but when I switched back to Bouncing Boobies, I didn't have the problem... as much. *shrug*

 

I'm switching back to RTBP and am gonna play with the settings a bit to see if i can achieve the perfect booty bounce. We shall see.

It happens when the Damping value is set greater than 10.

Has anyone had a problem when it worked only when you go to CAS and the mod works fine but when you change clothes or change body shape it stops working and it doesn't work anymore even during gameplay? If anyone fixed that, can you told me how you made it work? I've been following this mod since first version and every time I have this problem and still can't make it work.

nobodysfool how old are your sims? this mod works well with young sims, elder sims do not have all types of clothes and are supported.
