Randomly is a good sign for running out of memory, but with that LO you are using already all Skyrim LE stability fixes like Crashfixes, a FNIS stability patch, SKSE.ini, ENB/ENBoost.

 

If it's not a memory issue there is a good chance in that LO for conflicts or bad LO sequence or missing/misplaced patch.

As much as I like to solve LO puzzles, but with that many mods AND merges you are the only one that can find conflicts in there by removing mods.

 

What would help a little:

check your save game with fallrim tools (because you are using crash fixes) => check if you have:

lots of active scripts (more then 50 => too many things happen at once, not good... not terrible)

or suspended stacks (can happen even if not too many active scripts => points at bad mod or conflict)

or terminated/stuck active scripts (vanilla Skyrim scripts like to get stuck)

or even queuedunbinds (bad really bad, usually happens after a "too many active scripts fallout" and "not hardened" mods like DFC or ToH)

or unattached instances (if happens regularly => bad mod bad! or conflict)

or undifined elements (removed/added mods lately? A mod died)

 

In addition:

your LO looks like Loot sorted it? With a huge LO like that you can forget about Loot, you need to know why you place mods where in LO or you will be in a world of pain.

You have EVERY huge quest mod in that LO, how long do you plan to play that LO? (although from my experience the quest mods don't conflict much... with LL mods ^^) 

You have a massive amount of small Nexus mods that I would test first -to find out if they even work- before adding them to any larger setup project.

Too many mods that can conflict and will prevent you from playing that LO for a longer time.

It looks a bit like you had that mod hunger while browsing Nexus and just added everything that didn't ran away the moment you clicked on download ?

It may still be memory.

 

That list could easily overpower the things like Crashfixes, a FNIS stability patch, SKSE.ini, ENB/ENBoost.

I just wanted to sneak in that subtle question if those stability fixes are installed at all (bad DTMT bad!)

It seems as if an ENB is installed already.

Also those random crashes might not be as random as stated ?‍♂️

 

There are a lot of Nexus mods installed that can cause an unstable LO all on their own, either in combination with other mods or just because they are bugged or need patches like there is no tomorrow.

There are lots of mods changing the same textures and nifs, like fog, mist.

The Load Order Optimisation Tool

 

Use this for correct loading order, yours is wrong. Moreover this program will also show you any errors / missing / duplicates / incompatibilities

This is not a loading order, but a list of all installed mods. Who here should take the time and filter out what you have currently activated? Lestat1627's hint is justified - the order of your mods - even the Esm - don't seem right. Use LOOT as suggested by Lestat1627.
Note: LOOT is also not always correct, but you can adjust it as required (Load order)

It will take more than running LOOT to sort that out. Load order doesn't cause 'random' crashes.

 

1. Install the stability tools.

2. Run LOOT

3. Remove all your merges and all those inactive esps.

4. Add your merges one at a time to make sure they work.

 

If that doesn't work then uninstall everything and start again after you have done a lot of reading and watching on how to mod Skyrim and use your mod manager and the other various tools.
