As for the face... I think you may be right, or least a reskin of the original face, as her make up still matches a skin in the original files.

 

I think I might try to contact the uploader and ask. .-.

Daedrasp had posted his DMRA conversions here. These are replacement meshes for the mod linked to in the quote of that very post.

 

Here in turn are replacement meshes without panties I made from his files.

In case somebody wants to use the normal non-high heeled version instead, pantiless meshes of the original outfit are included as well.
