Female NPC ?

Excuse me for my bad english. I intend to transfer the entire NPC in oblivion into Female. I succeeded with some of the NPC but now me being problem with some of the NPC that can not simply click on the box (Female). For example, Owyn in the arena. Can anyone give me some advice they like it saved my life. Thank!

I have been using a mod that does what I think your are wanting.  It changes all NPCs into females and deals with dialog using silent-voice.

Polluxval was unable to speak english properly when he made those 2 years ago. XD

Now he is an english writer and chatter box.

I'm using a highly customized version of L World, and have an extensive set of patches to convert mods to also be compatible.

 

Anyway, it works as advertised but Xeoex has some issues, but its nothing some time in the CS and TES4Edit can't fix.
