That looks like a recolor of Cenobite's Lusty Bretonnian Maid v2, the wings are mashed in from Hentai Dark Lilith.

I think Toshix is correct.  I did some digging and HanPL made that screenshot of the high heels and he also had a conversion package of YangYang stuff at one time.  That is my best guess anyhow.

Been wondering Ive seen in some peoples screens that they have other menu bars associated on their UI HUD, I could be wrong but I'm assuming those are associated with some lovers mod or close to, however I was wondering if that's the case if anyone knows what they are and where to get them if they are not out dated and still available.

 

(Not referring to the TamagoHUD or lovers HUD, was seeing some with Bars centered roughly around where the Health Magica and Stamina are)
