When I use it along with the Greek Goddess preset, some cloth outfits have issues with parts of the breast skin showing through the clothes. Not sure what the technical term for it is, sorry, they look like small patches of skin showing through the cloth. Using a different preset fixes that, but it shows up with any presets with a large bust size, so it's not just the Greek Goddess one.
