Spoiler An actual screen shot rather than a photo of the screen would be more clear - F12 (for Steam) or Print Screen (or Numpad-0 for ENB I think) I assume this is LE as it's not SE section. What body and skin are you using?

I'm not sure its your trash phone or its this "body texture issue" on first shot i see only black lines on butt and on side of body Spoiler Just download Texuters for Your body, UNP have Textures that works only for UNP CBBE have Textures that works only for CBBE... so fix your body texture or download for your body type ... about second image on secong message, do You use ENB?... if yes, disable Temporary AA in Antialiasing in ENB

Ok to take a useful screen shot:- Open console, type tfc and press Enter (This toggles Free Camera on and off) Type sucsm 1 or 2 and press Enter (this is the Camera Movement speed, 1 being the slowest) Close Console, move the camera into a position that shows the issues better.
donttouchmethere Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 All what TobiazPL said, and you might have a magic effect still lingering on your PC. really hard to tell with those screenshots ?♂️ for me it looks like: ENB settings issue or Magic effect on PC (you can check via console what effects are running on your PC, open console and press "tab", this opens more detailed information windows) This would also explain why you see fire around your PC from time to time.
Grey Cloud Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 And taking a screenshot in a place that has weird lighting anyway . . . Try outside in full daylight. Turn off your ENB temporarily. If the problem goes then it is a setting in your ENB. It's probably not your skin texture as it is happening to the hammer or whatever that dwemer thing is.

RohZima Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 Actually the last photo in blackreach shows the issue quite clearly. I'm interested to know what it is. It seems to be shader or post processing related. So are you using an ENB? Anyway, if you just want to get it fixed, you're best bet might be to run BethINI and use the settings it provides. I am pretty sure that's where you should focus on trying to fix it; graphics settings, either in skyrim or enb settings. Need to know more about your set up first.

Also it is a missing texture, the mesh is still there. Pink = missing texture

I'm sure @MadMansGun had his fingers on that Deer
