While it is possible that someone will recognise it, could you post your mod list/load order?

Not that that means anything, I know almost nothing about writing code but I would still look at the MCM for this mod and see if there is a slider for the chance to fail/destroy ingredients. I can't see any other crafting overhauls that would include armour.

I could of sworn you did as I am sure I saw the hunger, thirst and fatigue icons on one of your Screen shots. I guess those icons are used by other such mods. But as Seijin8 said, it's not iNeed as I have recently been using that. @sara666 Looks like we've struck out. Try and get a screen shot of the message when it pops up, perhaps someone will recognise it but if you have any other crafting overhauls I can't see them. Unless it's an additional feature of mod you didn't realise was included or have updated recently (I recently had this with MW&A deleting all food in my game)
