Hello, I've been having the same problems as others in that it CTD when I try to enter the Port.
 
Here's my load order. I apologize if it's a simple load order mistake you guys have reiterated over and over again.

Simple solution: use the NO-MBP version

That can be a last resort, but I'd rather try to get it working with MBP. From you expertise, does it look like the MBP files are the issue? Everything looks fine and works fine until I enter the underground port. If this mod adds characters above ground (I'm no sure if certain npcs are or from another mod), then the MBP should work fine cause there are custom npcs above ground.

i think only 4 or 5 NPCs are not in the Underground , and if i remember right they are all vanilla races no MBP.

So yes it can be the MBP.

You can test it and replace the BravilUndergriund esp with my No MBP esp. Then test and if no crash it must be MBP.

A CTD upon entering the underground is most definitely an MBP installation problem.

Make sure you installed the 1.4a and then the MBP++ v98 and finally the MBP++ chocolate elves addon.  Failing to do this will cause the CTD you mention.
Don't forget you need all the other requirements as well.

 

Lastly your bashed patch MUST be ABOVE these two:

I've been stuck on the quest "A Lonely Husband" where you are to train Rena (the one with the dogs) for about a year of playing on and off.. I'd kind of like to get past this, is there a guide to complete this (have trained with her over 100 times and am confused how to get her to train with dogs) or is there a console code to skip it?

Train with dogs: Tell her follow you and travel to Bravilunderground, go in the room with the dogs ( in the trainer guild) and tell a dog "train this slave continuous" or "train this salve once"

 

Or travel to Bravilunderground, tell one of the "trainer dogs" follow me. Travel to Chorrol and visit Rena and tell the dog "train this slave continuous" or "train this salve once"

 

When I get the quest I take a trainer-dog and travel to Chorrol.

You have quest entry "Lord Rimalus wants me to turn his wife Rena into a Sex Slave so she will stop ignoring him and spending all her time with her dogs."

 

Open the console

Setstage XX05D634 15

hit enter key

( XX = Loadorder ID of LSTBravilUnderground.esp )

 

then click on Rena

Additem YY00080D 1

hit enter key

( YY = Loadorder ID of Lovers with PK.esm )

 

close console  and talk to her husband

Hello, I'm still a beginner when it comes to modding, so i may do stupid stuff without knowing. 

I recently edited bravilundergrounds npcs with new clothing, but it seems to break the scripts when i save the file. 
I used construction set with script extender, and these were the steps i took. 

 

I opened bravilunderground as an active file, 
a warning appeared that, loversslavetrader has same files, but i continued anyway.
i edited the npcs clothes.
I saved bravilunderground still as active.
i played a new game to test, talked to gil in bravil but he wont give me the key and the quest woudnt update further.
copying the original bravilunderground makes it work again but obviously my edits are not saved. 

any idea what Im doing wrong?

help is greatly appreciated!

Warning? LoversSlavetrader is the master file of BravilUnderground. In load oder above BravilUnderground.

I never get a warning when I load Mods. All Mods have master files, at least the Oblivion esm.

 BravilUnderground have master files in this order ( wrong load order is bad ! )

Oblivion.esm

(Beautiful People 2ch-Ed.esm if you use the original BU)

Lovers with PK.esm

LoversSlaveTrader.esp

LSTBravilUnderground.esp

( and here one of my Addon esp if you use My Addon )

 

Should be no problem to change the clothes, I don't remember any scripted clothes ( only "Levulin Pants" and "Alexei's Pants" , but these clothes no NPC wears, you only get them in your inventory )

Construction Set with CSE

Do you start it with OBSE ? If not you can not save the OBSE scripts. If you save the esp it can mess up all scripts. ( gil in bravil is a Oblivion esm NPC, and if he does not work the scripts does not work right)

You must start CSE with the OBSE Loader.exe

So, I'm an idiot and lost Madam Simza.  Decided to enslave her and took her to the imperial city waterfront and told her to sell her flowers.

 

Fast traveled away and never saw her again.  Now I want to start doing the slave trainer missions, and I have to talk to her for the first job... but she's banished to Oblivion I guess.

 

Anyone know the refid so I can try to moveto player?

Unable to join Slave Traders.

 

I searched the forums here for a fix (Using Gilgondorin as the search), but didn't come across anything.

 

Gilgondorin has the correct dialogue after I've read the Handbill, however he finishes the conversations about it being 'worth a lot of coin' and does not give me the key (player.additem xLSTSlaversKey 1), add me to the Slaver Faction (player.setFactionRank LSTRaiderFaction 0), or finish the quest (setstage xxLSTQ00 20).

As far as I know that's everything.  Before, I did have it working (Gilgondorin gave me the key, etc.), but I've reordered my load order to were Lovers mods are just above the ones BOSS does not recognize (BeautifulCorpses & MyMod).

 

Any advice/help is appreciated.  After all the hunting I've done for mods, testing to see which I want, I really just want to play the game now.  hehe

Did you remember to disable all lovers esm and esp files before building your bashed patch?

 

What program did you use change Bravil underground?  Its possible you did something wrong and broke all the scripts (like the one that gives you a key).  Try an unaltered version to see if this is the case.

If you use CS without started with OBSE it can mess up a esp  with OBSE scripts. ( normally only the scripts with OBSE, but how knows)

 

If your changed esp worked before the load order change:

Yes Lovers Mods in the bashed Patch? Rebuild the Patch without Lovers.

 

Or you have used a old save ?  Try a new game/character.

I'd never be foolish enough to have anything Lovers ticked on when I build a Bash Patch.  I've seen the two of you post DO NOT DO THAT several times.  Unlike some, I do read and follow guides.

 

New Character doesn't solve the issue.

 

I use Construction Set to edit the ESPs; however, I did not know that if the plugin needed CSE/OBSE for scripts, even if you don't touch those scripts, changing/saving a plugin in a non-CSE/OBSE version can break it.  I'll give Gregathit's 'clean' plugin install a try and see.  Some changes before didn't effect it, but like Fejeena said, ( normally only the scripts with OBSE, but how knows).  Maybe it worked before, and then I broke it with a different change.

 

Load Order is fine though and I don't have anything either of you see as conflicts with Lovers?

Happy to report that dropping in fresh ESPs from the Lovers I edited have solved the issue.  Shame I can't edit anything specific to my liking though.  Guess the females added will just have to keep walking like apes and stripper/slaves can wear fur armor.

You can "merge" your changed esp with the original esp.

With TES4Edit (but a little complicated to explain)

Better TESGecko. You take everthing from your changed esp , except sripts and dialogues, and from the original only the sripts and dialogues. Gecko will create a new esp, you rename it to LSTBravilUnderground. Done. ( Only the handcuffs, collar add script you must change again with CS started with OBSE )
