In the Vanikseth sequence, when my PC has sex with the female in order to transfer the soul into her, Vanikseth says he has created a special soul gem to make the transfer from vagina to vagina.  Looks just like a double ended dildo. The dildo is originally lying on the hay pile where the sex is taking place. Towards the end of the sex encounter, it seems that the resurrected female is supposed to insert the dildo into her and my PC's vaginas. Doesn't happen. Instead it ends up lying across her thighs. Never gets inserted. But the soul transfer does take place regardless.

I think some animation packs have known issues with animation objects and need patches. TAP is just telling SexLab to use a certain kind of animation. It will prefer double dildo animations if they are available.

 

The idea is that Vanikseth has fashioned a soul gem into the shape of a dildo so that it can be used for the experiment. I did not create a custom object for this purpose.

Apologies if this has been asked before, just finished the tasting job for Benjen, got the completion notification, talked to Benjen, job cleared the task menu, then when asking for another job he replies that PC is already doing a job, finish that then ask for another.

Leave the brothel and go back in. The quest doesn't really stop until you do. I have it on my list to fix that, but I haven't gotten around to to it yet. It's leftover behavior from when the quest took place in the meadery.

No additional letter. About a week after that letter she should return if her letter did not say she was not coming back to Skyrim. Right now it's a silent update to the journal for the completed quest, but I'll fix that eventually.

I hired Tlatha to help when getting the Prostitution License in Solitude, After that maybe a week, Fathasa showed up in the Bannered mare looking for Tlatha and I would not say where she was, then did and furthered the quest to go listen to the conversation.  Hope that helps.

Thanks, another issue I am having, I have the latest version, SSE 1.5.97, Vortex, should this mod be in the default position or load late?

I am doing the Defiler quest and cannot get Corvus to say anything to me. see pic

If you have any mods that touch that shrine at all, you should definitely load TAP after them. If you have not already done so, try leaving the area and coming back, such as by going into the inn nearby and coming back out again.

 

There should be a scene of Corvus masturbating that is triggered as you approach when he is near the shrine, but a few people have had some issues with it. I have it on my list to try to improve what triggers it, but you'll just have to try this for now.

 

If you still can't get it to work, you can skip the masturbation scene with the console:

 

setstage TAPQTemple03 200

 

This will only skip the scene, and you won't miss anything else about the quest.

I have removed all mods related to quest giving, and started a fresh playthrough, am interested to see where this path leads.

The only thing that affects this area is the Divine Elegance Shop across the road, no mods to change any other aspect of the game in this area.

If anything touches the cell at all it has the potential to undo an edit I made that is critical to the quest functioning. It works perfectly fine as long as nothing else touches that cell but it's turned out to be a mod conflict nightmare so I'll be looking at other ways to do what I need to do for this.

as a note I had to setstage TAPQTemple03 500 to get the conversation going, otherwise he just wouldn't progress in the dialogue.

Now I have a new issue, (I know, not what you wanted to hear) the Sybil homecoming, Qawi said she needed time to mourn her comrade, a week had passed, she was still at the site where her comrade died. Not understanding what is going on, is there a Guide listed anywhere so I don't have to keep bothering you?

A totally different question, why isn't there a dialogue to initiate sex as a Priestess of Dibella?    "Hi, I bring the blessing of Dibella to you, would you like to enjoy each other?" or "For a donation to the Temple we can share our bodies" something like that, just a question, nothing more.

You've reached the end of the Dibella quest line that is there right now. Answers to both of your questions are essentially I just haven't gotten around to doing more yet. I definitely have more plans for things to do if you join the temple.

Divine Elegance is your problem. Documented this a while ago. Remove it and you'll be fine.

I have the divine elegance store outfitting most of the Yarls and a lot of other NPC's as well, I will deal with the issue.

I Would rather not remove that particular mod.

The specific issue is probably that it's overwriting the location for the cell. The vanilla cell doesn't have location data, and I added some so I could easily detect when you were approaching the shrine. Unfortunately, I wasn't thinking about how easily mod conflicts could happen with that approach to the problem.
