1.  This is the LE tech support section. SE has its own.

2. Try reinstalling the skeleton and let it overwrite everything.

It doesn't look like anything is broken to me. Your idle/walking animation has been replaced with a crawling one by one of your mods.

It is broken, check out the knees.

 

Grey Cloud is right, it's likely a skeleton issue. Reinstall XPMSE and make sure it loads last.
