(with 10 in luck I got a mag on average 1 in 3 safes)

So, I just finished 'Into the Deep', and man, it's dark as hell there. My poor RX570 was taking a beating.

 

I actually had to redo that quest, as somehow, the voices broke on the first run (come to find out that Vortex put some files in the wrong directory, but Ivy still ran okay). Almost scared the shit out of me when she ran up and told me her emotional sub-processor was breaking down; I thought I did something wrong, and that she was about to kill me.

 

But holy hell, that entire sequence is damn good.

 

Can't wait to see what's coming in 5.2.

Thanks! Expect more stability, better scanning/environment awareness (I've managed to tweak this after input from players). More dialogue animations (much more) and just a more polished build overall.

Mod any .44 to have Ivy's white Bull Barrel and be just as bad ass as Ivy!

Spelling correction: "Jack wondered off yesterday.." --> "Jack wandered off yesterday..." 

Wondered = thinking

Wandered = moving

One period = end of sentence

Three periods = ellipsis (intentionally missing words)

Two  periods = nothing, it's not a thing

Thank you for this wonderful mod! You're work is very impressive and I gotta say this has quickly become a must have. Ivy truly is one of the best companion mods I've seen. 

 

Although I have to report a small problem. I was at the castle and Ivy ran off to speak to one of the settlers. The conversation refuses to start and she is no longer following me and just stands there. Even when I attempted to dismiss her she wouldn't move. Even tried her teleporting feature which she just ran off to the settler again. I'm assuming this is due to the settler she is attempting to speak with doesn't have dialog lines or it could be an issue with the scripting. I'm not entirely sure as I have very little experience when  it comes to how mods work.

Yes this is a known issue that's been solved (for 5.2).

 

You have two ways of fixing it in game: 1) Go back to the original settler she was speaking to.

2) Find the 'ivy chats with an NPC' quest in your consol and stop it like that.

Well this is nice to know but not every user of ivy is going to know how to do that and it would be quite a hassle for them to do and i,m just saying not being smart reginald i can see this being a big problem for a lot of users of 5.1 even though if fixed in 5.2 just saying is all

Enjoying the mod so far but i appear to be stuck right now, just started her second quest into the deep and i cant talk to debby she just says hi and then shush. After that nothing more happens i have waited, reinstalled the mod and still nothing.

Hello, 

 

Fist thing congrats for the great mod, I love Ivy.  On the other hand, i got a problem with her, meaning she is stuck, not moving anywhere, either commanding her to do it or just simply idling around. I tried the moveto command, reset ai, reset pathing and nothing. Honestly i don't know what to do and i don't want to reinstall the mod.  Here is my modlist if anyone has a ideea what to do.

There isn't any dialogue tree with Debby, You say hi and she has a (ALOT) of responses, Into the Deep. Look at all terminals and notes. Scour every corner. that is not an issue

 

@theodor9099 WHEN is this happening? I don't see anything in you LO that would cause that issue. have you tried opening the Console, selecting ivy and typing "Kill" to set her to bleed out?

Yep, tried that as well. It fist happened at Thicket Excavations after completing the quest from Sully and cleaning up the raiders that spawn there after the water drains away.. Tried fast traveling to another area, to another cell, and still nothing.

I think youre not understand what i said,i spawn next to debby and she only says hi and shush, nothing more. Theres only one note and i cant leave the room, literally nothing else happens.

@desafinado56 So the first bit with Debby, gotcha. I assume you've attempted reloading saves right before starting into the deep? I poked over at Tech and Docs and didn't see anything for setstages on that quest. I also assume you are not using dialogue mods? 

 

@theodor9099 when did she start to get stuck after the raiders were cleared. you've shown that you know some console commands (I usually have to google them) what about Disable and enable on ivy? Sometimes I get (unrelated) issues where I cant enter dialogue with Ivy or Preston, or every leave a workbench "Player.moveto Player" 99% fixes it and I'm back at it. Dumb question, but have you tried reloading an earlier save?

Haven't tried enable/disable. Don't want to reload a earlier save because i have it waaay to back, and i'm being lazy to redo everything.  Will try with enable/disable and see how it works.

 

Edit - she got stuck after i took the elevator up and went inside the trailer to the right (the one near the inclined path that goes down).
